Downstairs, the master bedroom features antique timber and garden views, while the upstairs attic rooms offer cozy sloped ceilings and glimpses of the surrounding woodland and water. Public transport is very limited in this rural area, but the drive along the Channel Highway is one of the most scenic in Tasmania, keep your eyes peeled for roadside honey and flower stalls!

Tasmania is famous for "four seasons in one day," so we’ve provided central heating to keep you cozy regardless of the weather. As this is a rural property, you might spot some local wildlife in the garden, please drive carefully at dusk and dawn. We take pride in our sharp systems and real care; you'll find the home polished and ready for your arrival. Peaceful enjoyment - Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No parties or events—we love our neighbors and they appreciate the quiet. Smoke-free property - Strictly no smoking inside.

Property care - Treat this home as your own. Please remove shoes inside to protect the timber floors.

Check-in/Check-out - Check-in from 3pm; check-out by 10am.

Parking - Please park within the designated areas on the property (up to 5 cars).

Safety - Please follow all provided instructions for the infrared sauna and outdoor bath.

Child Safety – There are dams on the property. Children must remain within the fenced yard area at all times for their safety.
