The Space:

And to make sure you feel well taken care of, a dedicated villa manager will be at your service from the moment you book until the day of your departure, readily available to help plan your stay and daily housekeeping (except Sundays).

The Neighborhood:

This gorgeous villa is nestled in the serene and exclusive Palmilla gated community with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and stunning views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be just a 30-minute drive from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. San Jose del Cabo is just a 15-minute drive north. Also, when you book with us, we’ll provide you with a wonderful online guidebook with recommendations for the area.



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 24 km | 15 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 3 vehicles at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.



Other Things to Note:

We offer concierge and the following add-on services for a fee. Just please provide advanced notice:

Villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee time, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, butler, chef, bartender, and an in-house spa service.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
