Eden on the Bayâs vibrant beachfront, where youâll find an array of
oceanfront restaurants, artisanal cafés, and boutique shops. Visit the
world-renowned Blouberg Beach, beloved for its kitesurfing culture and
sweeping views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Across the road,
Seaside Village provides everyday essentials from supermarkets to
eateries, ensuring all you need is within easy reach.
The Space:
This modern three-level home offers comfort, style, and convenience
making it the perfect base for friends, family and business travelers.
The upper level features a bright open-plan living and dining area with
a cosy couch and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. It includes a
dedicated workspace with uncapped high speed wifi to keep you
productive. The space boasts a semi separate fully equipped gourmet
style kitchen well suited for whipping up home cooked meals to share
comfortably with four around the dining table. The space leads out into
the balcony with a built-in braai, outdoor dining furniture and
sweeping views of Table Mountain.
The second level is where you will find the two inviting bedrooms. The
master features ample cupboard space, an en-suite bathroom with a
walk-in shower, and a private balcony with loungers. The second bedroom
has two single beds, generous storage, and access to a separate
bathroom with a bathtub.
The lower level offers a spacious garage with secure parking and
dedicated racks for storing your surfboards and kitesurfing gear.

security systems are available with cameras covering the main entrances
and communal areas.
