This place is really Great!

Our family of six just spent a week here and everything was amazing! The owner really takes time to make sure everything is perfect. Her home has everything you could want. Furnished very nice and all the extra's. The ICON property is really nice. Poolside drink and food service were great. We will stay here again for sure.

Awesome roomy comfortable condo I can’t think of anything that was missing. Amazing furnishings!!! So private & quiet, yet so close to anything you could want. Like shopping or adventure tours, even horses right on the beach, dining or out & about.

Have stayed in the Icon before, but the beach house was beautiful. Amazing view, beautifully appointed, convenient to all shopping and an easy cab ride into PV. The pool is by far the highlight of this property, you won't find anything like it elsewhere. Also, the fact that there is a beach bar makes it feel like a hotel but you still have the feeling that you are at home. Great vacation!

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

This is our 2nd time staying at the wonderful Icon Vallarta. It would be very hard to find a condo better than this! Very spacious, well stocked, comfortable and the best beds and linen available. Rene and Steve have thought of everything. We will be back.

Amazing Vacation

Our stay at the Beach House was fantastic! The condo was beautiful, the staff were all great, and the location was perfect. Everything you need is very close by. The pool and beach were pristine, and it was relaxing. Great restaurants within a short cab ride. I will definitely be looking to return for another vacation, and I have recommended it to friends and family. If you are considering going, just do it, you will not regret it!

Beautiful place well located, clean and comfrortable.

The apartment is very nice and has more than what is mentioned in the internet. People is very nice and they take care of anything you may need. If we have the chance to come again for sure we will. 100% we recomend the unit and the condo as well.

SIMPLY AMAZING

We just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks, at Casa Kimberly-Dawn true luxury and pampering. Simply Amazing! A relaxing oasis We enjoyed spectacular sunset views from the balcony. Perfect furnishings, and perfect settings and perfect BEDDING the owners have truly thought of everything. This is it, this is the place, even better then we expected if that is possible.

Fantastic.

The view, the beds, the location, the beach- fantastic. Our family of 5 stayed 8 nights in the beach house condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. With 3 teen daughters the condo allowed us the space to be a family and relax. A very different experience from an all-inclusive. The kitchen was well equipped and shopping was a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Wonderful does not even express how m we felt about this condo. It is so beautiful inside with incredible views. The beds were incredibly comfortable with delicious linens. The staff and Leo took care of our every need, including making reservations, calling cabs and translating for us. The welcoming gifts made us feel most welcome. A JAW DROPPER!

As soon as the elevator opened up into the condo suite our jaws dropped! Thanks to this stunning home we had a fabulous trip! Believe it, this home is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the pictures shown. My husband and our 2 children will be coming back. The pool and bar/restaurant are also nice spots for reading, relaxing or socializing if one chooses.

Beautiful property, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the property is clean and beautiful. One thing to note, is as this is a private residence items such as laundry detergent and toilet paper are not provided. We were given a few rolls to start us off, but then had to replenish. Luckily, there is a grocery store very close by, so it wasn’t much hassle. The pool and private beach were our daily haunts, and we adored all the staff.

Absolutely Stunning!

I can’t say enough great things about The Beach House! From the personal greeting and nice touches at check in, to the exquisite furnishings and stunning oceanfront view, you will not regret staying here. The complex itself has hotel style amenities (you can even book an in-room massage) and has a bar/restaurant on the beach. For those who prefer to cook, the apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen and there’s a large supermarket 5 min walk way and a convenience store across the street. If you have the opportunity to book this lovely place, make sure to take it!

Most amazing vacation ever!

I honestly haven't had a better time in my life and words can't describe how perfect everything was! The building, the services, the people and most of all this amazing apartment. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING HOME AND AMENITIES!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary and it was perfect. Everyone loved the home, setting, elaborate decorations. We had 10 other friends staying in other units at the Icon and everyone wished they would have splurged and stayed in our unit like this one. The service we received from Rene and her staff was phenomenal.. We enjoyed the beach, jet skis, massages in our suite, and rented a boat for a day of snorkeling and fishing. Absolutely stunning home Casa Kimberly-Dawn and amenities!!

as always our stay here was great ! The condo is one of the most beautiful places we've seen, very comfortable. You'll have the best sleep you've ever had, the beds and sheets are that cozy. The sunset from the deck !! you have to see. The people there are so friendly, everything you need is very close. Great condo with nice amenities on the hotel zone

We really enjoyed staying at Rene’s condo at Icon Vallarta. Very nicely appointed condo (2 en-suite bathrooms was luxurious), great view and patio to ocean air! Very nicely maintained property with killer pools and hot tubs, gorgeous spa, fun beach bar and restaurant, and superbly kind and helpful staff. Leo the property manager helped with a couple small requests in a jiffy. Only about a 12-20 minute taxi to Centro or Zona Romantica to do activities outside the hotel zone, and clean safe taxis are almost always right outside the security gate (great security too). Uber works great here also. Would stay again! Thanks, Rene.

Impressive Property

We really enjoyed our family vacation at the Beach House. The property is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Leo, the property manager was there to meet us upon arrival and helped us get settled. It was nice to have some comforts of home like bottled water, beer and wine stocked in the refrigerator. The view from the patio is very impressive, we spent much of our vacation enjoying it. We even saw a whale one morning while we were enjoying our breakfast. The staff at Icon Vallarta were very friendly and helpful...they did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. If you are considering this property, rest assured, you won't be disappointed.

Great time at the Beach House!!

My three children and I take a one week vacation each year. Its our chance to leave everything behind to relax, catch up and have fun. This yearly trip is very important and special to each of us. This year was a great success, our week at the Beach House was incredible!! Its beautifully designed, comfortable in every sense of the word. Its clearly someone's home away from home. The ICON property is also full of design surprises, my kids and I especially enjoyed the four person lounge chair facing the sea down by the pool. We spent many late afternoons there napping and playing cards. We greatly enjoyed our time in Vallarta. Rene was great helping us nail down last minute logistics. Thanks!!

Look no further a fantastic place

Look no further! We had a fantastic time at The Beach House only too short! When we arrived, everything was very clean and fresh. From the time the elevator doors opened when we arrived until when they closed when we left, we had a wonderful holiday. The Beach House is a beautiful place that made us feel quite at home. Your attention to detail, the decorations, the furniture, the luxuriously soft sheets, the comfy bed had us all waking up refreshed and ready for P.V. Sunsets on the balcony were amazing, plenty of towels and sunscreen, shampoo everything anyone could want! Communication was easy!!! It doesn't get better than this!

We have just returned from a fabulous four week stay at this wonderful property. We travel to PV every winter and have stayed at many lovely places but nothing can come close to this experience. The Icon and especially this luxurious condo itself were everything Rene promised and more.The attention to detail made us feel we were guests in a personal home. Everything you could want is provided for. The beds with their pillowtop mattresses and luxe Barbara Berry linens were amazing. The view from the oversized balcony was breathtaking and the private elevator was a treat. The property has many hotel type amenties. The beachside bar served great food and drinks at reasonable prices and it was a good place to meet many nice people. Of course the sunsets were gorgeous and the weather perfect for all 28 days. We will highly recommend this place to anyone. The tough part was leaving but we are happy in knowing that we have already planned our return visit in 2015.
