Description of the spaces

Bedrooms (2):

Master bedroom: Queen bed, large closet, quality bedding.

Second bedroom: Queen bed, comfortable sheets and pillows.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.

Living room: Bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after the beach. Includes TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes) so you can cook just like at home.

Bathroom(s): Modern, with shower, hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

Balcony / Terrace: Private space to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening in the tropical climate.

Shared spaces: Outdoor pool, garden, and lounge areas in a secure condo.

Parking: One space available for travelers with a vehicle.

Electricity Management

To stay within the included allowance, please follow a few simple steps:

Turn off the air conditioners and lights when leaving the apartment.

Use the air conditioning in moderation.

For your comfort, 15 kWh per day are included in your stay, which corresponds to the usual consumption of our guests.

Average consumption:

2 adults = 25 kWh/day = $10/day

4 adults = 50 kWh/day = $20/day

If you go over the allowance, an additional fee of $0.45 USD/KWH will be applied based on actual consumption.

For full transparency, we use the CEPM app, which allows real-time tracking of electricity consumption. Upon request, we can send you a report during your stay. A screenshot of the meter will also be provided if your consumption exceeds the included limit at the time of departure.

Most of our guests consume well below this allowance, which allows them to fully enjoy their stay without additional costs.

Guests have full access to the apartment except for locked storage areas.
