distance of the idyllic Sea Point Promenade, the V&A Waterfront, and
noteworthy local eateries- abuzz with culture and adventure.
The space
Boasting a stunning, contemporary design, enhanced sleek modern
finishes and abundant natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows
and glass sliding doors. This beautifully curated space offers a
spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge
area featuring a cosy, large L-shaped couch and a smart TV for your
viewing pleasure. The living space opens up to a balcony that overlooks
a glorious view of Table mountain, with the city at its feet.
The Bedroom offers a cosy queen bed with a full view of Table Mountain
and ample cabinet space. It also boasts a private step out balcony for
a breath of fresh air while enjoying the views and a Smart TV for more
relaxed viewing.
The apartment includes a separate bathroom with a bathtub and stand
standalone shower.
