Your condo is less than a 1.5 min walk to one of the best beaches in the world. You are also mins away from shopping, nightlife , restaurants and more. You will also find grocery shopping within a very reasonable distance.
Your bright and cheerful condo is situated on the ground floor and has high-end finishes with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, excellent bedding there is excellent dedicated high speed WiFi, cable TV , Netflix and telephone for local calling only. You also have in-suite laundry . Laundry soap, dryer sheets and Oxyclean are supplied. There is also a laundry room in the complex however you will have to buy your own supplies. You will also find quiet split system air conditioning, although guests often just leave the window open to allow the ocean breezes to blow through. Your condo also has no-noise ceiling fans in each room and heaters if there is an unusually cool evening, which are in the middle of the green cabinet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small park area dedicated to the owners and guests of the condominium complex. This area also has a barbecue and picnic tables . You also have a dedicated Property Manager who is on the property on weekdays and available on weekends and after hours to answer your questions and attend to your needs. You can easily walk to restaurants/entertainment at Port Lucaya. This is a safe island with safe drinking water. The US dollar is taken at par so no need to buy Bahamian dollars. We have left you a book on the table full of useful, updated information. We accept short term rentals with of a min 4 night stay and also monthly rentals.
