Noise & Smoke Detectors:
We use smart devices that detect noise over 70db and cigarette/cannabis smoke. Do not tamper with or unplug these.
Quiet Hours & No Parties:
âȘ Quiet hours: 10 PM â 7 AM
âȘ No loud music, excessive drinking, or parties
âȘ Violation may lead to eviction with no refund
Smoking & Drug Policy:
No smoking, vaping, or drug use (including cannabis) inside the unit or on the balconies. CAD$250 fine applies for violations.
Property Damage:
âȘ Property is inspected before check-in
âȘ Report any damage upon arrival
âȘ Guests are liable for any new or major damage
Shared Spaces:
Be courteous in common areas. Noise should be kept to a minimum. Surveillance cameras are active.
