Located just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, and popular attractions, the resort combines convenience with a calming riverside atmosphere. Guests can take advantage of our Full Property Buy-Out optionâenjoy exclusive use of the entire resort for private events or milestone celebrations, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Banana River.
Villa 5: The Palms
The Palms is a breezy, studio-style villa designed for laid-back living with a touch of tropical charm. With soft green and teal tones and leafy palm accents, this cozy one-bedroom retreat brings the feel of the Florida coast indoors. Natural light fills the space, and a smart TV in the living area offers the perfect way to wind down after a day of adventure. There is a sleek kitchenette stocked with small appliances and cookwareâideal for light meals and laid-back mornings.
Just outside your door, resort amenities awaitâfish from the dock, take a kayak out on the river, or catch a wave surfing on the beach. With both river and beach access, The Palms is the perfect home base for soaking up all Cocoa Beach has to offer.
