House Rules
1. All children and infants are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which must not exceed 3
2. No parties permitted inside the suite
3. No smoking or drugs permitted in the suite
4. Only registered guests are allowed in the suite. If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation will be canceled if they exceed the maximum occupancy (3) or a penalty of $100 per extra guest for each night
5. The booking guest must be staying for the duration of the booking as per the Airbnb Terms of Service.
6. No eating inside the bedroom.
7. Report any damage that happens during your stay before checkout. Guests will be responsible for significant damage
8. No outdoor shoes beyond the entry door and within the suite.
9. Leave the suite tidy with the dishes clean and put away. It should be left the way you found it.
10. Please shut all windows and doors when you leave the house. Turn off electrical appliances and electronics when not in use.
11. If a complaint is stated during the stay ,the guest explicitly gives hosts the right to access the property to remedy the issue.
12. Third party reservations are NOT allowed. Guest who booked the reservation must stay for the entire duration of the reservation
13. Late check out without the express permission of the host, will result in a $50 fee for every 30mins
14. Host reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates house rules
15. The sofabed must be laid with a sheet before use.
