Easy flat driving, plenty of street parking, local bus routes, bike & walking trails.
This space is not suitable for toddlers. Most people in the building are permanent residents so no parties or loud music at all times. The building is smoke and vape free so there is no smoking or vaping at all times, inside and out.
Papamoa Beach is a surf beach so please take care at all times.
