Nestled in the peaceful and scenic Hanley’s Farm neighborhood, this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience – just 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport, 5 minutes to The Remarkables ski field, and only 20 minutes to the heart of Queenstown or charming Arrowtown.


Step into a warm, stylish retreat ideal for families, couples or groups. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a smart TV, plush seating, and ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout the home to keep you comfortable year-round. Please note: while the wood burner in the living room adds to the charm, it is not available for guest use.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy a private ensuite with a luxurious rainfall shower.

Second Bedroom: Light-filled and cosy, perfect for restful nights.

Third Bedroom: Versatile space with a double sofa bed – can be set up for sleeping or enjoyed as a second lounge with its own TV setup.

The main bathroom features underfloor heating, a standalone soaking tub, and a walk-in rainfall shower – perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or exploring the region.

Kitchen and Living Space:

Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, NutriBullet – plus a pantry stocked with essentials including tea, coffee and sugar. Gather around the dining table to enjoy your meals in comfort.

Guest Access:
You’ll have two off-street parking spots right at the front of the property. Your arrival instructions will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Hanley’s Farm offers a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere with stunning mountain views. You’ll be just minutes from adventure – whether that’s hitting the ski fields, exploring nearby hiking trails, or visiting the shops, restaurants and wineries in Queenstown and Arrowtown. Perfect for families, there are two adventure playgrounds within walking distance, a pump track and a skate park. The farmhouse cafe and restaurant is also within walking distance for a hot or cold drink after a day on the slopes.

Getting Around:
There are multiple bus stops within walking distance.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
