Located on the first floor this meticulously finished space adorns new wooden flooring. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop. The doors open on to a beautiful private garden patio, where you can relax in outdoor comfort. Walk further around the front of the apartment and you have alfresco dining for six people..

As you explore, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious queen-size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, a wall-mounted smart TV, and plantation shutters for those lazy morning sleep-ins. The second bedroom offers another queen size bed – perfect for families or friends and both access a two way central bathroom.

The bathroom boasts a generous shower recess and comes complete with double vanity. The toilet is also separate from the bathroom.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is the case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 surcharge fee,
