Yarrabee Place - an unparalleled retreat on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast

Yarrabee Place is located in Valdora, 15 minutes from Coolum Beach and 10 minutes from Yandina on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.Set on five pristine acres, this exquisite property offers an immersive experience in nature's embrace, where the sounds of native birds and the rustle of gum leaves create a serene soundtrack to your stay.

Enjoy days around the pool and activities in the dam with kayaks and stand up paddle boards provided. The property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across the main house, two charming cabins, and a spacious games room - all connected by a winding concrete footpath.

Main house
The heart of the main house is its fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The living room invites relaxation and warmth. The kitchen living space opens up to covered decks that look over the property, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. The house also boasts an entertainment lounge, sauna and outdoor fire pit with complimentary wood and kindling for the length of your stay.

The Cabins
In addition to the main house, Yarrabee Place includes two cabins. Each cabin features a comfortable bedroom, a lounge room with a fold-out couch that converts into a queen bed, a bathroom, and a full kitchenette equipped with a induction cooktop, oven, microwave, bar sized fridge/freezer and washing machine and dryer. The cabins also include a deck and a BBQ overlooking the dam, providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Games Room
The games room at Yarrabee Place is perfect for unwinding, featuring table tennis, a pool table, and an air hockey table. Enjoy a game of chess indoors or take advantage of the outdoor sports equipment. For added comfort, a private room with a queen-sized bed is also available within the games room, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of fun.

The property is unable to be used for events or large celebrations. To respect our community and neighbours, please note that there is a strict noise curfew at 9pm every night.
