If you have more than 8 guests, Parkview for 16 is a combination of Waiaira for 8 and Parkview for 8 which are next door to each other. The houses can also be booked separately for 8 guests each. If you'd like to book for 16, please see Parkview for 16.
Located in a beautiful, quiet street in Moss Vale, is a large, comfortable family home that is the perfect spot to base yourself for your Southern Highlands getaway. Local towns and villages are just a stones throw away, and the beautifully designed and furnished home has everything you need if you want a place to come together with family and friends without having to leave!
Where will I be?
Waiaria is located just a short stroll to Moss Vale village, and a 10 minute drive to Bowral. It is located in a quiet, picturesque street that overlooks the Church Road Playing Fields which has a children's playground. Berrima and other surrounding towns are a short drive away, as are many of the wineries and villages the Southern Highlands are famous for.
Why choose Waiaria?
Waiaria is a brand new home that is modern and fresh and very welcoming. It is a large home with 3 separate living areas, and a backyard that is an exceptional entertaining area. Well equipped and well furnished, guests will appreciate the comfort of this light-filled home. Waiaria is perfect for a family getaway or for a group of friends looking to spend time together. Local restaurants, wineries and wedding venues are all close by.
How is the property laid out?
Waiaria is a is a four bedroom home with multiple living spaces, providing lots of room for all guests! At the front end of the house you will find the three queen bedrooms, a separate lounge room with TV, and the main bathroom with a luxurious tub and the laundry. A few steps lead you to the upper level of the home where you will find the master bedroom with ensuite, and the living and dining areas that open to the covered outdoor patio with BBQ, outdoor seating and fire pit. The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, 900mm oven and a butlers pantry that houses the French door fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a separate media room which is great for the kids!
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Waiaria was designed to enjoy outdoor living! Lounge outside in the undercover seating area, or dine alfresco at the large table that seats 8. The built -in 5 burner BBQ is perfect for cooking outdoors, with plenty of bench space on either side. There is a large grassed area for kids to play, and a fantastic seating area complete with a fire pit (in winter months).
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Waiaria has ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole house for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and bath towels are provided at Waiaria.
Parking for cars, etc?
There is parking for 2 cars inside the double garage. Please do not park on the driveway as it is shared with other residents.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Waiaria is not a pet friendly property.
What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
