Welcome to Jamies, in the heart of West Gladstone, only 2 buildings away from Gladstone Hospital.
Our beautiful Gladstone apartment has been updated and furnished with brand new furniture to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The apartment has three bedrooms, configuration is as follows:
1 x King Bedroom (with airconditioning)
1 x Queen Bedroom (with ceiling fan and portable fan)
1 x Single Bedroom (two single beds with ceiling fan and portable fan)
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
The Gladstone Region is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Like nowhere else, the Gladstone Region is a striking juxtaposition of industry and pristine environment of the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef, including the iconic Town of 1770/Agnes Water, rural hinterland and striking sandstone wilderness.
Its stunning locations include access to Great Barrier Reef islands and lagoons, including Heron, Lady Musgrave, North West and Wilson, among others. The region is famous for fishing and boating. With Australia’s most northerly surf beach, Agnes Water and Town of 1770, proximity to National Parks, laid back coastal villages and rural hinterland lifestyles, make it an attractive destination for holiday makers, sea and tree changers.
With a population of 62,979, the region stages over 200 festivals and events annually, including the famous Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race and harbour celebrations, Australia’s largest family friendly fishing tournament, the Boyne Tannum Hook-up and destination events, such as the Agnes Blues and Roots Festival, Luminous, Captain Cook 1770 Festival and Under the Trees Festival.
As one of the largest, bulk commodity ports in the world, the Gladstone Region has positioned its strength in large scale industry, resources and energy, engineering and advanced manufacturing with a highly skilled workforce. As a destination featuring a natural deep water port, Gladstone has cruise ship docking capabilities and is now a cruise stop-over destination for over 15 domestic and international cruises annually.
The region lies on the east coast of Queensland, Australia, within a one hour flight of Brisbane.
Centrally located, situated right next to the harbor and a stone's throw from the East Shores precinct this unique property is the perfect place to stay when visiting Gladstone. With only a very short work to enjoy Gladstones bar's and cafe's you will not find a better location to enjoy what Gladstone has to offer.
Jamie's is located only two doors down from Gladstone Hospital, making this place the perfect base for visiting loved ones in hospital, or for longer stays for anyone needing a 'home away from home' working at Gladstone hospital, or working at the local coal mines.
Our home comes with one carspot onsite (middle carpark in the carport) as well as ample street parking which is unlimited free parking.
Our home comes with free wifi, a large 50" brand new smart TV (perfect for streaming your favourite shows after a long day), 6 seater dining area, kitchen equipped with all the essentials as well as 3 large bedrooms, configured as:
- Master Bedroom: 1x King Bed
- Secondary Bedroom: 1x Queen Bed
- Third Bedroom: 2x King Singles
The perfect place for families, couples or people working regionally - or even stopping for a road trip!
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*In compliance with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) legislation, we will require a Guest Agreement to be signed upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Auth form to address potential damages during your stay.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
