The Space:
Legacy House is a spacious first-floor unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location close to everything! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a covered outdoor terrace, offers a thoughtfully designed layout to ensure relaxation and convenience. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The entire home is fully air-conditioned, including all bedrooms and the living area, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Additionally, Legacy House includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located in a prime area, Legacy House provides easy access to top attractions, dining, pharmacy, and entertainment. Whether you're exploring the local scene or simply unwinding at home, this property offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for up to 8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE: We manage the two additional units on this building, another 3-bedroom unit and a studio. If you have a larger group and are interested in renting one of these units as well, please let us know and we would be happy to send you the listing links.

LIVING AREAS

The main living area at Legacy House features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for all guests to enjoy meal time together, and stylish decor that creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The space is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed + Full bed, ensuite bathroom

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and includes cozy bedding, and thoughtful details to ensure a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, allowing you to rest peacefully at any time of day.

The second full bathroom is located in the bedroom hallway for easy access from all other rooms.

PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

KITCHEN

The kitchen at Legacy House is fully equipped with a stovetop, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It includes all the essentials for an extended stay, such as pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and cups, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals during your visit.

The property includes parking for one vehicle.

Relax at the beach—just a short 10-minute stroll away! Spend your day basking in the sun and soaking in the warm Caribbean waters. For your convenience, the property provides beach essentials, including chairs, towels, and a cooler.

Dine at La Placita de Santurce – A lively market area featuring over 20 restaurants and a vibrant nightlife scene. Santaella is one of our top picks for delicious Puerto Rican cuisine with a modern twist.

Shop at The Mall of San Juan – Just a 10-minute drive away, this upscale shopping center offers a great selection of stores and dining options.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.


AMENITIES

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs, and an ice cooler.

West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

 
HOUSE RULES

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. 
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged.
Subletting not allowed
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows
