Garbage Disposal
• Bag all garbage and place it in the brown bin between 7–9 AM. Loose or improperly bagged waste will not be collected.

Parking
• Do not block streets or other garages to avoid towing.

House Rules
• No smoking indoors (violations incur a $500 fine)

Refund & Cancellation Policies

• Refunds processed within 7 days after cancellation (processing fees apply).
• Cancellation Policy:
• 50% refund if canceled 60+ days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled 59 days or less before check-in.
• Payment: 100% due upon booking; 50% is non-refundable.
