PLEASE NOTE:
Beginning in late May - early June, the building is scheduled to commence an exterior concrete restoration project; however, the exact start date is yet to be confirmed. The work is expected to generate loud noise during working hours and is anticipated to continue through the end of the year, with construction activity taking place on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Additional FEES:
1) PARKING: is paid separately by the guest ($10.00 per day payable through valet company at the building (in/out unlimited). You can choose valet services or self-parking (optional). For monthly rental, parking is $150 per month. Guest pays upon arrival.
2) REGISTRATION: a one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required for each reservation and must be paid upon arrival. The fee structure is as follows:
$30 for 2-4 adults (includes 1 key fob)
$60 for 4-6 adults (includes 2 key fobs)
Key fobs are essential for accessing all building amenities and entering the building after hours. Guests will not be able to use any amenities without them
3) PACKAGES: In case if guest decides to order online packages, received packages are $5.00 each (Amazon/eBay, etc.

LAUNDRY: Washers and dryers located on each floor next to main elevators. Laundry card is available in the unit for you to use in case you need to use washers and dryers. Each wash and dry is $2.50. You can add funds to the card on the first floor; the reloading machine is located on the wall directly across from the game room.
Please NOTE: We DO NOT ship any guests belongings that are left by the guests. Please DO NOT leave your belongings upon check out.
