Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

The Space:
Welcome to your stunning and recently renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat!

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge area adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of Queenstown. Relax in front of the Internet-connected 65-inch 4K TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. (Please note: there is a gas fireplace in the lounge, this is just a feature and is not in use, there are two heat pumps and heaters throughout the house)

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to indulge your culinary skills, complemented by a large dining room table where you can savor meals while soaking in the picturesque scenery.

Step outside into the beautiful garden oasis featuring an outdoor spa, cozy fireplace, BBQ, and al fresco dining area—ideal for relaxing after exhilarating skiing or hiking escapades.

A front balcony accessible from the kitchen and dining area offers additional outdoor space with stunning lake vistas. Witness the spectacular hues changing over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the day progresses.

This home boasts four spacious bedrooms, offering incredible views. The master bedroom and Bedroom 4 feature ensuite bathrooms and are configured with super king beds by default, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are set up with single beds. We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.

For your comfort and convenience, amenities include heating, air conditioning, high-speed fiber internet access, an ironing board, iron, high-quality bed linen, towels, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. The property is also child-friendly, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for all guests.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Master Bedroom: 1 Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be made into 1 Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds that can be made into 1 Super King Size Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Super King Size Bed
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the entire house.

**please note: there is a sauna in the house, but this is not in use**

AS PER COUNCIL RESOURCE CONSENT REQUIREMENTS, NO FORMAL MOBILITY OR STANDARD PARKING IS PERMITTED IN THE GARAGE OR ON THE DRIVEWAY, BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF ON-STREET PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. The home stands alone at the end of the street which provides privacy and a rural feel while only being 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD.

Getting Around:
It is very easy to get around. It is only 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD. We do recommend that you have a car to get in and out of town.

There is a bus stop about a 10 min walk away, that bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Other Things to Note:
** IF THE SPA IS LEFT DIRTY AND REQUIRING ADDITIONAL CLEANING THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $250 CHARGE FOR THIS, THEREFORE WE ASK PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY OILS, LOTIONS OR SOLUTIONS INTO THE SPA- PLEASE CLOSE THE LID WHEN NOT IN USE **

Please note that we have a 3 day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.
