Escape to this charming modern one-bedroom apartment in Sea Point,
offering the perfect base to enjoy the best of Cape Town. The apartment
is nestled in a brand-new building just a stone's throw away from the
popular Sea Point Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a 10-15 minute
drive away, and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to Table
Mountain. Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the
world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.
The space
This apartment is perfect for friends, couples, or business travellers,
looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine
that doubles up as a dryer, perfect for longer stays. The lounge offers
a comfortable couch and designer touches opening onto a balcony area
with a view. The cosy bedroom has a queen-sized bed for a great night's
sleep with an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The space is perfect for those working remotely as it offers a
dedicated workspace. We also provide unlimited Wi-Fi, and no load
shedding as the building's generator ensures that the power continues
after a split changeover.
Our apartment is well positioned in a great location, near popular
restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jason's Bakery and Giovanni's.
Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our apartment offers
both comfort and convenience. Our apartment is conveniently located
next to the main road and a stone's throw from the Sea Point Promenade
and Table Mountain, two of Cape Town's most iconic landmarks.
