Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful Islander Condo 1-0205 provides everything needed for a perfect vacation. This private studio provides comfort for up to 4 guests. Equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils there is a sense of home comfort. Watch the newest movies with the DVD rentals, and lovely flat screen TVs. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony while sipping on a tropical drink. Don't forget to grab some sunscreen and head to the outdoor community pool. Soak up the sun from your beach chairs and umbrella on the beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
