Waterscape's A315 is a colorful unit adorned with stylish furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large ornate table with bench style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

Waterscape A315

Right next to the elevators! Love the location and amenities! Kids wanted to go again, they enjoyed the lily pads and the beach! Lazy river needs more tubes.

Family had wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful stay. Much better bargain compared to Holiday Suites which use to utilizing. Next time we visit Fort Walton, we hope to get the exact same suite if all possible to expand on our wonderful memories.

Perfect Getaway Condo! Especially perfect for families!

A315 was amazing!! Our favorite condo we've stayed at! It was so clean and refreshing. Loved that they didn't have rugs inside. We plan to book it again later this year if it's available!!

Annual Trip

Always enjoy our annual trip to Waterscape. Third year in a row and we bring more people each time. Great room and convenient - dryer may need to be replaced soon but otherwise loved it! The large couch is fantastic and comfy. See you next year!

Will Stay Again

We have stayed at this particular condo 3 times now and it's been great every single time. The recent updates have been a pleasant surprise and the price compared to other condos was a great bonus. I do wish there was a broom or swiffer provided for when the floors get too sandy but again, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome visit!!

We had a great time. The location across from the elevator was key! The furnishings were excellent. We asked for the water feature on the front of the fridge to be fixed and it was done in a timely manner. Hannah was so attentive. Thank you Vacasa!

Family friendly

We enjoyed our stay at A315, it was plenty of space for our family of 5. It takes a bit to understand the layout of waterscape but really is pretty easy after that. The heated pool was so warm which was amazing during our cold days. We were sad it was too cold to use the lazy river and kid area, looks great though. The condo itself was simple and had two rolls of TP in each bathroom, 1 paper towel, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and one laundry soap which was all appreciated. They also had two (not great but did the job and was so nice) beach lounge chairs that we took to state parks! No beach towels which I didn’t realize, was a bit bummed but understand. The living room was comfy, beds were pretty good and we enjoyed family meals outside, you could see the ocean from the far corner as pictured. Vacasa was easy to work with and waterscape was a very safe environment. We would come back!

Fall Break Vacation

The unit was clean and was as expected, the couch and dining table have been updated from the current pictures, which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable enough, too soft for our liking but didn’t cause any discomfort. Easy access to parking garage, elevators, and pool/beach. Don’t have any complaints on the unit itself. However for waterscape, the elevators were extremely slow and sometimes never showed after waiting several minutes so we just used the stairs, our floor smelled fine, but the first floor and the front lobby had an unpleasant odor, not sure how to explain the odor, but since the lobby is likely your visitors first impression doing a little something to freshen the scent would be beneficial in my opinion, and the trash cans outside need to be cleaned more often, they did have an unpleasant smell as well. But fortunately that’s did affect us directly and would not stop us from recommending this resort and we still highly recommend this unit!

We have stayed at Waterscape each fall break for the last 5 years. This unit has been updated with a nice kitchen with a large island, newer flooring and paint. The location is great as the elevator is literally just outside the door and the stairs are a short walk down the hall. Trash shit is also a few steps away. These are all conveniences is such a large building. On the downside, the kitchen is bare bones as far as cooking utensils and other items (slow cooker) and the most tragic was the horrible mattresses. I’m usually not picky, but my entire family of 5 agreed that these were the worst mattresses we’ve ever had at Waterscape. Fix the mattresses, add a bit to the kitchen and it would have easily been 5-stars.

Facility is nice. No problems are fixed

I just finished my 4 night stay at the waterscape. In 4 nights I put in 3 tickets, 2 at the front desk (Vacasa people) and one on the phone. It was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit. Day 1 the toilet in the half bath was completely unstable, as in it rocked back and forth when sat upon. It was reported and not fixed, so we couldn't use it the whole trip. On the second night the washing machine broke and flooded the kitchen, which we cleaned and reported the next morning, we were supplied with more towels, but the unit was never repaired. The final ticket was on our last night, as the air conditioning was not functioning. I called the 800 number for this instead of the front desk, they first had no knowledge of the first 2 tickets that were put in at the condo, and told me that someone would call me that evening, at the time of this email it has been 16 hours and I still have not received a call after spending the last night in a hot condo with no air conditioning. I'm pretty livid and feel this needs to be addressed

Nice for a weekend trip

Unit was nice for a quick weekend trip to the beach. If booking this resort for a week, I would recommend getting a room that faces the pool or is closer to the gulf. As someone who used to live in fwb, it was nice, but wouldn’t want to stay in it if you’re wanting a full beach vacation experience. Unit also could have been cleaned better, and the mattresses need upgrading. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Could use some upgrades

We always love Waterscape but this condo could use some sprucing up. One dining chair had its back separating from the seat, and another rotating chair had staples exposed that caught on my clothing. Furniture appears worn out. The half-bath toilet rocks, and its lock doesn’t function. The flooring is warped throughout. The GFCI in the master bath is stuck in test mode. The appliances all worked great, along with the a/c chilling very effectively. We had a pleasant stay but it wasn’t as refined as the previous condos we have stayed in at Waterscape.

Everything is nice clean and beautiful but in this huge unit I don’t find any hairdryer! Also one of the bathrooms clog and it’s just a little headache which number had to call because the phone in the unit not working event can’t call the frontline desk! But can’t wait to visit Dustin again

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Waterscape A315! We appreciated the updated touches to the room. We enjoyed how beautiful the beach was, the pool areas (which had areas for all age ranges) and the area surrounding us (lots of places to eat and to visit). The room had everything we needed except pool/beach towels, but that’s my bad because I’m sure I missed that somewhere in the description! We will definitely be back to stay in A315!

Planned maintenance during rental

They unit was great. Highly recommend Waterscape A315. My only complaint with Vacasa was that they did not disclose that the Lazy River would be closed for planned maintenance during our stay. That's the biggest standout amenity for people with kids, so I probably would have paid less for another place had I known. Waterscape is really nice, but most things are found elsewhere for a bit less.

Cleaning was terrible

Couch and throw pillows were all stained. Either chocolate or blood but either way it was gross. Floors and bathroom were clean but kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and furniture was all dirty. For what u have to pay for cleaning I expect things to be wiped down especially in the time of Covid.

Nice Condo

Very nice and clean condo. Very spacious. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the pools and beach. Just one suggestion for the room is to upgrade the patio furniture. Really enjoyed our week overall.
