Tucked between Boulder and Denver, Colorado, this luxury townhouse is sure to delight at first sight. Ideal for those who are on extended business travel for one of the region’s many leading employers, it is also a good choice for anyone eager to savor a vacation in this popular part of the country.

With employers like IBM, Ball Corp., Level 3 Communications, Oracle Corp., Covidien, Walmart, Urban Lending, and many others just a short drive away, this stylish living space puts you within easy reach of work. It is also convenient to Butterfly Pavilion, Standley Lake, and many other natural areas including Rocky Mountain National Park just a short drive away.

Penthouse suite that offers two floors of living space, two decks, and truly inspired design and décor. Within walking distance of Whole Foods and several dining venues, it is close to retail centers, recreational facilities, entertainment, and even fitness and medical providers.

The beautiful and modern structure includes a friendly lobby as well as plenty of parking. Entering the main level , you find the airy and beautifully designed living room. With its great views of the neighborhood, it includes a large and sitting area and entertainment system. On this level you will find a bathroom with shower, stacked front loading washer and dryer and large closets and two pantries. The open floor plan leads you to the dining area and then into the enormous, chef's kitchen with sliding glass doors to the private patio offering even more exterior views.

An elegant and modern set of stairs leads to the upper living level where a full-sized home office. Nearby is a large and airy master bedroom that opens out to the second private balcony and which also offers great views. On this level is a luxurious private bath.

Perfect weekend getaway.

The is a spacious well decorated townhome that has close access to stores and restaurants and is in close proximity to both Boulder and Denver which we liked a lot. The owner was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here on a visit to the area. The property is very convenient to Boulder and Denver. The check in was easy, the property was clean and as described. The location is safe and on-street parking was never an issue. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Colorado getaway

My husband and I had such a wonderful time. We absolutely loved this spacious condo. So beautiful and clean. Loved having the kitchen and living room space to hang out and then the bedroom is upstairs, which provide lots of privacy. We walked everywhere as dining and shopping is so close. A perfect place for a long weekend getaway! Brad, the owner, is super easy to reach out and contact if needed:)

Simply Splendid

Pristine property with everything we needed. We were in town for two sold out shows at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield. This space gave us the quiet and comfortable place we needed to rest, relax, and recover between shows. The commute to and from the venue was less than 10 minutes with virtually no traffic. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a calm abode within walking distance of good restaurants and a grocery store while attending an event at 1stBank Center.

This property was delightful! I cannot say enough about the location, which is ideal for commuting to any of the western suburbs, and in my case, to Boulder. The property itself is spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities a traveler would require. Check in, check out and interim access were all simple and intuitive. In all, an excellent short-term rental, which I will certainly rent again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with this rental - one of the best we’ve had. The pictures don’t do justice to the feeling of space and the high level of design. This place is incredibly comfortable, well equipped, well designed and furnished, and cozy. We enjoyed lazing on the large sofa. The location is great as it’s off a busy road but far enough back to have a neighborhood feel, and we walked to multiple restaurants. If you like breakfast Early Bird is excellent. Amenities like shopping are a short drive away. Brad was a great host and very responsive. An all around great experience!

Amazing Place!

The condo was beautiful, quiet and comfortable! It had everything I needed and was within walking distance of Whole Foods, restaurants and stores. The host was responsive and very friendly! Access to the condo was easy and parking was right out in front. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in town.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My property management and real estate sales office is located on the street level of this 3-level Live/Work space. A professional designer recently finished the private residence on floors two and three. The location is as good as it gets. Close to miles of trails, open space, Whole Foods, restaurants, Boulder, and Denver.
