Visit hot spot attractions like the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum, Boston Common, and Franklin Park Zoo! Merrimack College, Wellesley College, and more schools are nearby making this a great place to stay for a parent weekend visit as well!We are close to shopping and restaurants about minutes north of Boston and close to major highways for easy access. You will find this home offers complete privacy in your own space located on the lower level. Features include private separate entrance, kitchen, washer/dryer, 65 inch tv in the living room with Lazy Boy recliner, and bedroom with walk in closet. ( No cleaning fee )

Lexington & Concord

We were in Massachusetts for the 250th anniversary of the battles. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. The location was clean, modern and quiet. Our host and hostess were great communicators. I highly recommend.

The circus is in town

Very nice property proudly kept up.Clean and quiet.I was only 10 minutes from the Shrine Center as opposed to the hour and a half drive from my home.

Amazing place to stay!

What a wonderful surprise to stay here! So clean and newly remodeled! The hosts were so accommodating and helpful. Came for the weekend, to watch my son play hockey. Apartment even had a washer and dryer to wash his hockey stuff! Big room with a king bed and two twin bed were super comfortable. Can’t wait to come back here! Thanks for a great stay!!

Came for graduation at BU…great location to downtown! Hosts were very helpful and accommodating! Great place to stay and close to the north towns of MA! I highly recommend!

Massachusetts vacation

Great place to stay!

We had a great time visiting family and friends in the area. Couldn't ask for better Hosts, they made sure we had everything for our stay, fresh eggs from their chickens was a great perk. New England Getaway

Enjoyed our stay here so much! Perfect location ( just a short drive ) for visiting our daughter at Tufts, exploring Boston, Rockport and York. Great space, comfy beds and sofa - had everything we needed. As an extra bonus , fresh eggs from the chickens. Highly recommend- thanks Wendy!!

Gracious and Clean!

My wife and I had never been to Boston, our hosts made our experience inviting. The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts were quickly responsive to all of our needs and questions about the area. If we are ever back in town, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Nice place close to everything!

Property was very clean and had any amenity that I could have wanted. Owners were very nice. Quick, convenient drives to both Boston and Salem. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful spot

The property was a described and was very comfortable, clean and tucked into a beautiful area. I did get ill while there and Lino and Wendy were so kind in accommodating me which I SO appreciated! I would stay at their home again as it was clean, a nice home space and in a great location. Recommend!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway for the 2 of us. Great hosts, they recommended a nice Italian restaurant and it was so good we ate there twice. Very quiet and we enjoyed hearing the chickens every morning.

Friendly Hosts

We were looking for a place to stay for ourselves, 2 teenagers and our dog. This was a great “home base” while we visited nearby relatives. We had plenty of space, beds for all and very attentive hosts. Thanks to Leno and Wendy for a home away from home!

Loved it All

Wendy and Lino were perfect hosts and we were grateful to visit with them. They both gave us great advice when visiting Boston and Salam. The rental was beautifully done and we appreciated the very comfortable bed. We loved how peaceful it was in the evenings after very busy days. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

Nice stay

This is a spacious apartment with comfortable furniture. We would have liked a better equipped kitchen but we managed by washing the dishes after each meal instead of using the dishwasher. The owners live upstairs and were very friendly and helpful, even sharing some eggs from their chickens.

COMPLETE PACKAGE

We received the details of our stay from the owners for entry and parking in a timely fashion. When we arrived we were greeted by Wendy and she was awesome. Everything is as described and more. Perfect distance from Salem and Boston for all the sites. We will definitely be back for another visit.
