Retreat into an authentic St Lucian experience at Piton Grandeur. Our serviced apartment building is nestled in a prime residential area in the town of Soufriere which offers skyline views of the town, world renowned Pitons and Caribbean Sea.

The space
Perched midway on a hill; Piton Grandeur allows you to escape the town’s noise and immerse yourself into a tranquil and serene environment; but not compromising your proximity to Beaches, Nature Trails, Waterfalls, Mineral Baths, Restaurants, International Banks, Grocery Stores and a whole host of facilities and amenities within the vicinity.

Situated on the top floor of a two-storey building, Piton Grandeur Apartment 1, boasts the best views of St Lucia’s twin peaks, Caribbean Sea, Sulphur Springs hills and Soufriere town. The 90o balcony rewards you with breath-taking views on every angle. The balcony is a perfect lookout for the town, daily sunrises and sunsets with a fresh gentle breeze from the Caribbean Sea. The cream painted interior walls exude the warmth of St Lucian people and complemented with neutral grey tiles. The walls are lightly decorated with local wooden art and paintings giving you a glimpse of St Lucian history. This apartment’s open floor plan includes a cosy living room with mid-century modern style furniture – perfect for relaxing afternoons or enjoying the hundreds of channels on the wall mounted flat screen television. This space flows into a dining area with seating of four. The nearby Farmers Market will provide the fresh produce to prepare a gourmet meal in your fully equipped, sleek open kitchen with black and grey appliances. You can devour this scrumptious meal on your small breakfast bar or in the dining area.

The two adjacent bedrooms, each with cottage windows for natural light, air conditioning units for warm nights and exposed wood ceiling beams painted in rich Chestnut. Each room has a Queen-sized bed which is ideal for a family or small group of friends. A polished bathroom bordered with White Ceramic tiles and Silver finishing services your apartment.

Great Place to stay in Soufriere.

We called this home for 10 days in Feb. Enjoyed every minute. Apartment was just as advertised and was clean and well kept. View from the balcony overlooking the town and bay is great!. Parking may be somewhat difficult for some and the road to the apt is a bit rough but manageable. Thanks Toyen

A great base with wonderful views.

A very enjoyable stay overall. The view from the balcony is wonderful, we appreciated the new table and chairs to sit out for breakfast and sunsets. The apartment was very clean and well supplied with good towels and all the essentials. Comfy beds made for good sleeping, we could chill the bedrooms with air con and not need to have it on at night. We liked the location a little out of town as it was quiet and easily walkable in the day though we preferred to take a taxi after dark. A great base for an active holiday.

Enjoyed my stay

Clean, comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Good central location within walking distance of town, botanic gardens, and Hummingbird beach (just be aware that it's located at the top of a steep hill and along a rough road). We had a luggage mishap when we first arrived and the host was wonderful, going out of her way to help us get the luggage back, connecting us to local contacts and even loaning some clothes. This was our introduction to the warmth and hospitality of the people of St. Lucia, and it really made a difference in our vacation. A great place to stay.

Couldn't get into the property. Refund requested but not received.

The owner provided no check-in info, other than directions and a check-in time of 4 pm. Although I provided my phone number, the owner did not provide his. We arrived at 4:45 pm. The owner was not present, nor was anyone else. I messaged the owner through VRBO. He said he had just left the property. The owner did not say when or if he would return. The owner had left a key, but it did not fit the lock. We could not get into the apartment. The owner said he would understand if we left. We had no way to do so, because we'd been dropped off in this out-of-the-way location. But with the help of a passer-by, we were able to get a taxi that took us to the Downtown Hotel in Soufriere. We never heard from the owner again. I have asked VRBO for a refund, but have not received it.
