From the third floor, you'll enjoy beautiful sea views over the Caribbean waters. The 80 m² apartment offers all the comfort for a fantastic stay. Top Supermarket is 1.1 kilometers away, Isidel Beach Park is 1 kilometer away, restaurant It Rains Fishes is 850 meters away, and dive center Dive Friends Yellow Submarine is just 50 meters away. The complex features a communal pool with a regular freshwater system where you can relax wonderfully.

The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked, for example.
