We stayed in Beth’s cozy beachfront home while playing in local lax tournament and it was perfect. We loved the quaintness and seclusion of the property, its pricing, and the ability to walk out and immediately fish the river. Book it — you won’t be disappointed!

What an amazing and relaxing vacation on the beach! We loved staying at Beth's cottage in Salem (Oakwood Beach) with our 2-year old daughter and two dogs. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, and being right on the beach with direct access to the water was a huge plus. We loved taking the dogs for walks on the beach, and our daughter loved collecting rocks and shells. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. This was exactly what we were looking for with a calm and remote family getaway on the beach, and we can't wait to come back and stay again!

We had a fantastic girls trip at Beth’s cottage! She was a phenomenal host who was very welcoming and very responsive to any question we had. The cottage has everything you need so all you need is yourself and your clothes. Beth was no doubt the best host we have ever had. We definitely will be back!!

Christmas Trip

Everything was set up wonderfully and the property was beautiful. My husband, dog, and I had everything we needed, were able to take beautiful beach walks every day, and had easy communication with Beth if we needed anything. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again!

Relaxing and comfortable

Beth was a wonderful hostess. The property was clean, Beth greeted me at check-in and was available for any questions or needs. Everything that I needed and more was available in the cottage. Most relaxing trip I have had in years! I look forward to staying again.

Cute little cabin on the river

The views are amazing, you can't get any closer to the water. The house is adorable, spacious and has a lot of extras to make you feel welcome. Beth is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions. This was our second visit and plan on going again in the spring.

Cozy, comfortable cottage

The cottage was equipped with everything (and more) we could possibly need. Beachfront view and walkability of the neighborhood were terrific. Our host was accessible and responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy. We would enjoy staying here again, in summer, with kayaks.

Hidden Gem

What an amazing and cozy little cottage with awesome views of the Delaware river. Beth was wonderful and thought of everything! From the comfortable beds to the fine linens and bedding, Beth had it covered. The home is well appointed, very clean, and located towards the end of a quiet and peaceful dead-end street. Our three dogs felt right at home; we were thrilled to find such a quaint place that allowed us to bring them along. We highly recommend Beth’s cottage and we would definitely book again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us 3

Perfect views on the river

Beth was awesome. Very compassionate and caring that we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was what was described via vrbo. She had welcome baskets set out for our arrival. House was perfect for us and our family. We would definitely entertain staying again. Thank you beth

Awesome!

We had a great time at this little cottage! The views were amazing! We had a storm the first night we were there and lost power for a little bit and the owner reached out to make sure we were ok. The sand was kind of rocky but flip flops fixed that problem! We were able to take our dog and my 2 kids and I had a great time! Thank you so much Beth! Hope to make it back someday!
