This is a comfortable stay, with 2 king beds! Loved having the amenities of the castle. Great for kids.

Nice place

We had two units. The one on east was very nice. The one is tower was somewhat noisy and not as well done. People were GREAT and super helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the grills and the pool. Lots of dogs! We should have brought ours. Good time. Suffiecient cooking gear.

Good Experience for the Most Part

Everything was as expected regarding the room. However, we did end up getting locked inside one of the bedrooms and maintenance had to be called to change the lock on the door. Also, the hall, elevator, and room sometimes had a faint dog smell because pets are allowed in the building. Other than those two things, stay went well.

Very clean apartment. Roomy and perfect

We stayed at the Grand Castle. It was a really cool place. The parking, facilities, pool, etc were all in great shape. The room was furnished, clean and spacious. We had 2 rooms, one was a queen, the other a king. Each had a full bath. The main living area was comfortable and the kitchen was anything but small. We ate in a lot and we had everything we needed. I did bring a travel Keurig which helped. The only annoying part was the trash chute which was a solid 5 minute walk to the other side of the floor, but outside of that everything was pretty well setup. I was texted the day before, the day of, and during the stay by the manager, who responded with questions I had very promptly. They were always available. We were close to the on ramp and just a short ride to Grand Rapids. I highly recommend this place for anyone needed a place to stay, be it a weekend or a week.

Extremely disappointed!!

We arrived at 2 am and upon trying to get 2 young children to bed..we pulled out the sofa bed to discover a 3/4 eaten waffle with a Ton of crumbs! So we cleaned up the disgusting mess! Then upon inspection we saw the floors were Not clean. Not mopped and Because it was 2am and later we all just went to bed! Then that same morning Stephen called immediately to complain about the condition and was Not received well! They said our refund for cleaning would be refunded which Has Not happened! We will Never stay at The Castle again and will Not recommend them to Anyone! Thank you for helping us.

Staying in a castle

The conveniently located Grand Castle was an excellent vacation getaway. The kids loved the idea of staying in the castle. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all of the perfect amenities. I will be back! The host, Mitten Housing were absolutely AMAZING! They communicated promptly whenever I had a question and accommodated every request! Overall, it was a perfect 2 week stay, and much cheaper than a traditional hotel!

Apartment Stay

This property is very nice. Just be prepared to have a long walk from the elevator to your room. If you need to bring many items in from your car it can be a real workout.

Ok place to stay but will not be returning.

The place was very clean but sadly disappointing. Should have had a pullout couch and it did not. Just a blow up mattress. The listing said pullout couch. There were no TV options unless you used your own log in for Netflix or Hulu. There was supposed to be a tablet in the room highlighting the amenities and there was not. Very little furniture to sit on. One couch and one chair in a rather large living room. I would have expected more for the price that I paid. Bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. Location is excellent and perfect for shopping and dining out.

Clean and Convenient

The apartment was just as described, including the amenities and provisions. It was sparkling clean as well. When we had a problem with the apartment door lock, the property manager had a maintenance person there within 30 minutes to take care of the it. Good service and I recommend.

Grandville Getaway

We wanted to stay at a beach, but couldn’t find anything available. The Grand Castle Apartments in Grandville, MI was perfect for our family (4.5 & 2 yr olds). We went to Oval Beach in Saugutuck, Holland State Park Beach, Grand Haven Beach, & South Beach in South Haven in the mornings & then the kids swam at the pool in the afternoons. Grandville had great restaurants. We loved Wildroast Coffee, Donut Conspiracy, Herb & Fire Pizza, & Tippy Cow Ice Cream. We also loved that we were only 10 minutes to Grand Rapids. Founders Brewery was awesome. We had a wonderful Michigan vacation!
