There was plenty of room for the 18 of us. Loved the size of the dining table and the area underneath the house was great for hanging out.

Good for the family

Pretty chill location in Fort Morgan. Close to the fort and public boat launch on the bay side. Dog friendly beach. Short walk to the beach but at least you don’t have to cross the highway. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice.

Great stay at Breakers 2!

The house was perfect for the crew size we had. Plenty of space and parking. The house was clean and ready when we checked in. Kitchen was the perfect size for cooking for a large group. Only small issue was the washing machine was really loud during spin cycle. Overall great stay!

Worked well for our families!

It was clean and fit our family very well. The location is a 20 min drive from most restaurants, but that is the point of vacation for us. Very close to the fort and marina. Only bad thing about the house was the wifi, but that may be the service in that area.

Golf trip

The property was very accommodating of our needs. We had a group of 8 adults on a golf trip and the house sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. The property was clean and in good working order. Communications with Harris Vacations was great and made the entire process simple. I highly recommend this vacation property.

Fort Morgan

Beautiful home. Very clean and had everything you need. Only issues was the street was flooded the whole time we were there so we had to walk in ankle deep water to the beach. Most the roads were like this so I think it’s just something you need to expect.

Great Beach Getaway for the Family

The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The cleanliness was commendable, and it made our experience pleasant overall. However, there was a minor issue: an outlet plate was missing in the dining area. Given that we had young children with us, this was a bit concerning for safety reasons, but we were able to swap out another outlet plate while we were there. Despite this, the house offered a great environment for a beach getaway, and with a quick fix, it would be perfect for families!

Friends, Fishing, and Fort Morgan

We have a group of friends who have traveled from all over the country to fish the past 20 years. This year we chose Fort Morgan. The Breakers 1 house was perfect for our group. The house was clean and well stocked with lots of cooking tinsels and pots and pans, etc. I would highly recommend this house for a large group or even a small group that wanted extra space.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was in a great location. The community pools were a great plus after some Sandy beach time. You will have to go shopping once you get there for household items: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. Another small issue was out of our group of 19 only 2 of us had service. The wifi was enough to help keep us connected to the outside world. Overall, I would recommend this home to any large group.

There is a house being built next door, boards and nails some how made it to our driveway. It’s a long walk to the beach. It would be nice to have a place to park a vehicle near the beach entrance. The road has huge potholes, those really need to be repaired

Great property but:

A few items addressed in house amenities would make this an A+ beach house. Washer and dryer need replaced and fridge needs water solenoid replaced. Thankfully internet service as restored later in week due to diligence of property manager so we could get work done. Thank you for a great family vacation and memories for a life time!

Enjoyable

This was our first vacation with friends. We came with two other families with an array of ages of children. It was a good location for the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed the house. There was quite a bit of marine life, which was cool, but also made the beach sometimes hard because there were so many jellyfish. All in all, I would recommend staying, but make sure that you have some vinegar to spray on any jellyfish stings.

family vacation

Our family of 15 had a delightful stay at Breakers 1. The house comfortably housed our group. Management was very responsive and the location was great, a short walk to the beach and the pool. My only recommendation would be to throw in a blanket or throw. The downstairs bedrooms can get a little cool at night and blankets are not provided

Family Reunion Beach Getaway

This was the perfect property for our family of 20. The proximity to both the community pools and the beach were awesome and absolutely walkable. What was also amazing was that each bedroom had an associated full bathroom which was a blessing considering we have 5 family units staying together. The kitchen size and amount of utensils was awesome for preparing the large meals we required. We would definitely look into staying here again if all 5 families are able to get together in the future.

We had a great stay at Breakers 1. The property was well kept and just right for our stay. We loved the pool option and the proximity to the beach. Harris Properties was quick to respond if there was a question or concern.

Family Christmas

Great time at Fort Morgan for our family Christmas celebration. Some of our impressions: -All 6 bedrooms had own bathroom; 3 upstairs and 3 on main level - this was great. -Nice open space for gathering for the family -We had 12 people who could fit around the dining room table, although a little tight -Close walk to the beautiful, pet friendly beach. Loved the sunrise and sunset both over the water -Wifi was good in common area but spotty/non-existent in most of the rest of the house. -Note there are steep steps to get from the main floor to the ground level; with railing but proved to be a little difficult for grandparents Overall, a great trip at a nice home in beautiful location.

PALS FOR LIFE

The property is looking good outside and the inside. The only thing that I was disappointed is ceiling fan was dirty little dust in each blade. The bathroom curtain has a mold. Also some pillows has a mold. The refrigerator ice maker not worth at all. Barely have an ice. But most of it are really nice and beautiful decor. The only thing that I really don't like the most is the outside was flooded and walking to the beach it's hard for us. We have to use our vehicles to make it through pass through the flood . I think the location was beautiful and nice except I was requesting for beachfront but it wasn't. We were the first building in the subdivision. But overall I would like to stay again their properties just a little bit of fixing here and there. All that matters we had a great time. Thank you

Great vacation.

Overall, the house was great. We had an air conditioning problem and Harris was super fast getting it fixed. The washer and dryer situation could use some work. The washer doesn’t spin and you had to run the dryer twice to dry the clothes. The closet door hinders the dryer door, so we had to take the guide out to get the dryer door opened. I suggest taking it off. All in all, I would rate the place a 4.75 out of 5!

Fantastic house for family! 3 beds up and 3 down and one big living area.

The rusty kitchen knives should be replaced and the mixer doesn’t work but other than that everything was great!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 16 people! We all had plenty of room and privacy! The kids had so much fun and did not want to leave! I would recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay overall had a few glitches. Couldn't get into the house our code didn't work. We had problems getting hold of someone to help us with this situation. We did get everything resolved. Everyone enjoyed the house. Loved that it was so close to the beach and the house was beautiful. The staff are helpful and friendly. Will recommend to others. Thank you.
