Vues à couper le souffle sur la mer

Un appartement de 2 chambres avec balcon joliment présenté à Woolacombe surplombant la plage de Combesgate avec une vue spectaculaire sur la mer et la campagne.
Depuis le balcon en verre et la pièce à l'avant, vous pouvez regarder la mer et regarder le paysage marin en constante évolution. Tirez simplement une chaise berçante et détendez-vous!
L'appartement a été récemment redécoré dans un thème côtier contemporain. Il y a 2 chambres, une double avec salle de douche attenante et une jumelle avec TV et lecteur DVD pour que les enfants profitent d'une soirée cinéma parmi l'immense collection de DVD. Il y a une grande salle de bains familiale avec baignoire et douche. Le salon offre une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis une grande fenêtre et un canapé super spongieux pour se pelotonner après une journée bien remplie sur la plage. Il y a un accès à un balcon depuis la salle à manger pour vraiment profiter de la vue. Il y a une grande cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge séchant.
Il y a un placard plein de jeux pour quand le temps n'est pas trop clément et un autre placard plein de morceaux de plage (serviettes de plage, seaux, bêches, chaises de plage, brise-vent, parasol) pour quand c'est le cas!
Il y a un espace de stationnement désigné juste à côté de la porte d'entrée, donc pas de grande distance pour trimballer vos bagages. En fait, pas besoin de déplacer votre voiture si vous ne le souhaitez pas, tout est à quelques pas. Woolacombe possède une grande variété de bars, restaurants, pubs, boutiques et plages.
Un court trajet en voiture, il y a plus de sites à voir si vous avez envie de vous aventurer à Lynton et Lynmouth, Exmoor, Barnstaple ou Croyde, il y a beaucoup plus d'endroits à explorer.
Il y a aussi le haut débit illimité et un joli pack de bienvenue pour vous attendre.
Nous avons essayé de penser à tout et espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour ici, mais nous sommes également toujours ouverts aux suggestions si vous pensez que nous avons manqué quelque chose.

Breathtaking, blissful, relaxing

Fabulously appointed apartment overlooking the Woolacombe and Morthehoe coastline and the surrounding hills. We truly felt like we were in an oasis of calm, cocooned in luxury. Comfy beds, sofa and chairs. Everything you could want and more for a special escape.

Perfect view!

The apartment was just right for us (4 adults). Plenty of room for us all, clean, tidy and what a view! We all really appreciated the bubbly and extras which was a lovely touch. Woolacombe was great and the beach is wonderful. The hills were very steep but we all managed them! Thank you Suzie for a wonderful stay. X

Just Fab!

What a wonderful apartment, decorated beautifully, with amazing views that you can't believe. We spent many mesmerizing moments early morning & evening sitting on the balcony or in the rocking chairs just taking it all in. Suzi the host was so easy to contact & even let us know we could arrive earlier as the place was ready, left gorgeous treats, & the place really has everything you could need. You are spoilt for choice for glorious beaches, whether sand or rocky within a short stroll, & great places to eat close by, we were even lucky enough to hear the local shanty group singing live outside the local pub in Morthoe!.There are plenty of scenic walks on your doorstep , and with almost 5 days of brilliant weather we couldn't have asked for more. Can highly recommend, & like others before us feel sure we will be back as soon as we can. Thank you.

Brilliant Apartment - Sept 2016

Having stayed in many self catering properties in the UK, I can say that The View is one of the best! The location is great for accessing the local beaches by foot and is on the coastal path, so lots of great walks directly from the apartment. Parking is directly behind the property making unloading of luggage and access very easy. The apartment is presented very well, very clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony and bay window are great places to sit and weather/people watch and flood the living space with light. The kitchen has a full range of appliances and equipment, as well as lots of extras. Suzi was available to contact during our stay and let us know that the apartment was available earlier on the day of arrival, which was really helpful. The Chichester Arms in Mortehoe is worth the steep walk up the hill and Miss Fea's Café does great coffee and food. We headed to Woolacombe Beach (10 mins walk) every early evening to go kite flying and watch the surfing. We also popped into Bar Electric a few times for a drink. Baggy Point (NT) and Croyde are worth a visit as well as Arlington Court (NT). There is a great circular walk from Mortehoe to Lee to Morte Point (look out of the seals) and back to Mortehoe (6.25 miles). This was our first visit to this part of Devon and we will be coming back.

Perfect Location

Stunning views from the living area. The property has been beautifully designed and has everything you need. The lounge area and 2nd bedroom are more spacious than photos suggest. Highly reccommend by us!

Perfect view

We only stayed for a few days but loved every second. There’s no need to watch tv with the views of the sea from comfy chairs. Check in was smooth and we were even lucky enough to be able to check in earlier! Really lovely place and will definitely be coming back again

Lovely apartment in a great location

This was our first visit to Woolacombe and our stay here made it really special. The view is fantastic and the small balcony just great for relaxing. Everything we needed was provided. Most days we were able to leave and just walk or cycle from the apartment. Thanks Suzi for providing such a lovely holiday home.

Such a lovely stay in Woolacombe, very clean apartment made even extra special with the stunning view. Suzi was a super host so helpful recommending places to eat out and the treats left are a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning 😊

Stunning view, great host

Smooth process the whole way through, the host, Suzi, was kind and helpful throughout. Quick at communicating. Also she left welcome treats which was so lovely and we felt so welcomed! Suzi has provided everything you could possibly need from books, dvds to a coffee pot, to bluetooth speakers and candles. The apartment was even better than the pictures showed, if that's possible! Definitely stay here if you get a chance. The views are breathtaking no matter the weather. We loved it and wish we could stay longer, hope to be back soon.

Fantastic place to stay

Suzi messaged us the day before arriving to let us know the property was ready and when we could arrive, and was very responsive whenever we messaged her. The apartment was simply fantastic, with fantastic views of the sea. What the pictures don't make clear is the rocking chairs right in front of the bay window... Myself and my partner spent hours sat there listening to the waves crash in the dark (we visited late January so very early evenings). The apartment was welcoming from the very moment we arrived with plenty of decoration to make it feel homely. The kitchen was well equipped and we managed to cook a number of meals here ourselves to keep our total holiday costs down. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

Fabulous view & location

Such a fantastic place. Well equipped with everything you could need for the beach thought of by Suzi. A lovely welcome too- wine, choccies and biscuits. A few minutes walk to the beach and a fantastic view to admire from the rocking chair or balcony. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Suzi was very helpful in answering our queries before the stay and the directions were clear. From the moment we walked into the living room and saw the view I didn’t want to move! A lovely, well equipped apartment and a fab welcome basket of treats too.

Jerry and Suzi live just outside Woolacombe but visit the village daily for school runs, trips to the beach and to visit the lovely restaurants.
We moved here 18 years ago and love living here with our two children. We had visited Woolacombe regularly for about 20 years and decided that we would move here permanently and get to enjoy it everyday rather than just on weekends.
We both have our own businesses locally and love the community feel of the village.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were won over by the view! We bought the appartment with Suzi's family so that they could come and spend more time with the grandchildren. By renting it out it helps pay it's way. The location is just pefect being far enough away to miss the crowds but still close enough to venture in should you wish. We feel as though we stumbled across a really gem when we bought this!
