Maison de ville 2-Bdrm mise à jour mignonne et confortable!

Vous apprécierez certainement de séjourner dans cette maison de ville de côté de Hot Springs Village WEST près du lac DeSoto et du parcours de golf DeSoto. Cette maison présente de nouveaux meubles et une décoration élégante partout. Il dispose d'un salon et salle à manger ouvert, avec une fenêtre traversante de la cuisine. Il existe un nouveau téléviseur haute définition pour votre plaisir. Le patio arrière a un BB charbon de bois, apportez juste votre propre charbon de bois.

Les parents apprécieront une belle chambre King avec une grande télévision, et la 2ème chambre a un lit double pour une autre personne. Le salon dispose d'un canapé futon, qui se transforme en un autre lit, si besoin est.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner, et il y a une laveuse / sécheuse à l'intérieur.

Les bains sont installés, avec des toilettes / lavabo de la chambre principale ou lits jumeaux, qui se jette dans la salle de bain / douche combinée, et il y a aussi une autre salle de toilettes / lavabo qui peut également être accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre.

Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de garage, vous aurez vos propres places de stationnement directement en face de cet appareil. Il s'agit d'une unité de coin, il n'y a donc qu'un seul mur de connexion avec un voisin.

En visitant cette maison, il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité, des terrains de pickleball, un centre de fitness Coronado avec une grande piscine intérieure, un golf miniature, un terrain de basket, une aire de jeux pour enfants, une piscine extérieure est en cours de construction pour l'été 2020. Le VIllage possède 7 autres parcours de golf immaculés, 36 kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée, le lac Balboa avec une grande plage et une zone de baignade. Par-dessus tout, HSV est une communauté fermée, et toute personne entrant doit être enregistrée et recevoir un laissez-passer pour les visiteurs, c'est donc un endroit idéal pour visiter et se sentir en sécurité.

The check-in process was terrible. I had to text and email several times, including up to the time of my check in, to get the code for the front door. There were no local channels on the cable TV. The light above the stove was burned out. And the description says there are three beds. There are two bedrooms and a couch that could be used as a bed, but it is not a bed.

Perfect family vacation spot

This townhouse was extremely clean and organized!! Had plenty of room for my family of four with teenage boys! A relaxing and peaceful environment!! The village is really nice and in a secure location!! The locals are really friendly!

Great stay

My cousin and I rented this property for the weekend, so that we can go crystal mining. We ran into a bit of a hiccup with the door lock, but the property managers came and resolved the issue quickly. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property managers are very attentive and helpful!

Overall nice, but some minor surprises

The location was perfect, a short half mile walk to family member's home. Unit was nicely updated with newer flooring, paint, wall decor. However, we had planned to share meal prep, but kitchen utensils were inadequate (ex., 2 large pots, but no frying pan?), few drinking glasses, full knives, that sort of issue. Also, kitchen faucet was rotating in the hole, so clearly not securely tightened. MBR fan was extremely dusty and vertical shades in LR were difficult to close/operate. There was no wand for MBR verticals, so had to borrow the one from the LR. Sliding door didn't slide well and we desperately wanted a breeze instead of a/c...other window screens were missing. Due the convenience and overall condition of this unit, we would still consider renting again but would ask if issues cited here had been remedied before committing.

Long holiday weekend

This property is centrally located to lakes and restaurants. It's a nice little townhouse, but we had to wash dishes by hand before using anything and even then were weary of using them because there was mold inside of coffee cups. The house is nicely decorated, but some care could be put into maintenance.

Nice condo in HSV

Hot Springs Village is a quiet gated community near Hot Springs. Although it’s a gated retirement community, it’s enormous. It’s The largest gated community in the US spanning 11 miles from east gate to west gate. Lots of golf courses, nature trails and lakes etc to enjoy. This condo is not on the water but it’s roomy and clean with a full size kitchen, large living/ dining room and two bedrooms. The master is a decent size. The other bedroom relatively small but workable. The condo has cable Tv and fast WIFI. We enjoyed our 5 day stay. A couple of notes: The bedroom doors do not lock, so if you’re looking for lockable privacy, bring a door stop or something. You will need 2 doorstops per room. There’s only one shower and although it’s ok pressure and heat wise, the shower head is mounted only about 5’6” high. I’m 5’9” and I had to duck to get under it. Not a big deal for me at all, but if you’re particularly tall, it might be. The condo is close to the west gate, where you’ll find a couple of restaurants and a little supermarket, whose prices are not exorbitant. There’s a Wal-Mart 2 miles outside of the West gate. It’s also only about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Note that most things, including Walmart, seem to close between 8-9pm. There did not appear to be much in the way of “nightlife” unless you go to Hot Springs itself. Lastly, this is another one of those VRBO deals that is not really “for rent BY OWNER.” It might be privately owned but it is managed through a real estate company that you can book through directly, so save yourself the exorbitant VRBO website fee and book directly through Janette Carter with Taylor Realty Group. She was amazingly responsive via phone and text. 951-333-7777. All in all, this is an excellent place for a couple or a small family to explore HSV and surrounding area, if you don’t need to be directly on the water.

This property has a Blink camera system installed at the front door and on the back patio. These cameras are not recording activity during visitor stays. If there is trouble with a client getting in for their visit, they can speak with the owner through the front door camera for further instructions.
