Vacation
Pool was small all the nice rooms was upstairs and we visited your pool and lazy river and the young lady that worked there was very rude we will not probably stay there again I go to Florida every year for the last 10 years
Overall everything was fantastic. The place was exactly as advertised. We loved the house. It was exactly what we needed. We all agreed we would definitely stay again. A few little things that would help future guests..... There are no kitchen towels. No simple kitchen amenities like salt and pepper or sugar or plastic wrap or foil etc. There is a store really close so that helps, but just be prepared. The water slides at the property were closed, so that was a bummer. The Oasis Club is super strict and you can not bring any food or drinks in and their food and drinks are ridiculously priced. $19 for a daiquiri type drink. $8 for a kids smoothie. So just be prepared for that as well. Lastly, make sure the propane tanks have propane in them before you pay the $50 to use the grill. I ended up swapping a tank at the gas station, but have yet to be reimbursed my money for that. Oh and there is a pack and play for infants along with a high chair, so that is nice. Besides the few little snags, like I said it was awesome and we would definitely stay again.
Decent property....as long as there are no issues.
My family stayed for a week at the end of March 2023, and we experienced a few issues that marred an otherwise pleasant vacation.
Pro's: Convenient location in a nice, gated complex, and a beautiful clubhouse/lazy river down the road included. Rental unit itself was very large and there was plenty of space for our big family to stay. It was nice to have a full kitchen with dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer.
Con's: The carpet was very thin (little padding) and TV channels were limited (could not find major networks to watch live sports), and some basic items were not found (such as oven mitts).
Issues: We reported several issues as the beginning of our stay, including: a pillow missing from one of the beds, dirty carpets, food crumbs in the refrigerator, and chunky white stains on one of the comforters. I was asked to send photos of each of these issues, which I did......but unfortunately there was no offer for a solution, so we handled it ourselves (i.e, washed and dried the dirty/stained comforter so we could use it on the bed). My wife and I also woke up with sore backs each morning, which I initially thought was due to a very soft mattress. However, at the end of our stay I looked under the bed and noticed the middle of the bed frame was cracked and the support missing! I reported the broken bed and sent photos in as requested. Due to the issues we experienced, I asked for a small partial refund (10% off) but was offered nothing. I hope they fix the bed!
Thank you. It was perfect. Pool was a bit smaller than anticipated so paying 90 to heat it didnât seem fair.
But loved the house and location for our event was perfect
The place is very clean. The one complaint I have is the communications from the property manager. I received at least 4 emails sharing with me the cost ofor missing towels. I am not sure who their market is, but it left a bad taste in my mouth
The place was nice and clean but there were scratches on the seats and walls, I didnât want to get charged. So, I kept calling to report it but no one called back.
