À propos de cet hébergement

Profitez du Golfe Fabulous Vues et Lush aménagement paysager d'un condo joliment décoré situé au coeur de Loggerhead Cay. Le condo est à quelques pas de la plage et une grande piscine chauffée ainsi que le centre de loisirs doté d'installations de tennis, jeu de palets, barbecue. Vous pourrez profiter de fabuleux vue imprenable du Golfe, et beaucoup de coquilles et de la vie de la mer pour vous et vos enfants .... occupé un paradis pour toute une vie pour en profiter!

Loggerhead Cay est situé à quelques minutes en vélo tour au phare historique de Sanibel ainsi que des restaurants et des commerces. Cette unité rez de chaussée vous permet de marcher directement à partir de la véranda à la cour, la piscine et la plage. La propriété a été récemment mis à jour pour inclure une nouvelle cuisine, meubles et appareils ménagers.

Ce confortable, copropriété bien entretenue a été redécoré partout. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une salle de bain complète attenante. Deux lits jumeaux sont dans la deuxième chambre d'hôtes avec des aménagements d'avoir un troisième lit. Le canapé dans le salon se transforme en un lit double. Le salon dispose d'un canapé, causeuse et un fauteuil inclinable. Les repas peuvent être préparés dans la pleine - cuisine équipée et un verre au bar, table à manger ou une table dans la véranda.

Beaucoup de restaurants sont situés à quelques minutes à pied, à vélo ou en voiture. Achats de nourriture est très proche sur l'île ainsi.

Le condo dispose d'une ambiance conviviale et familiale pour inclure Lit / Bain & linge de cuisine, serviettes de plage, des chaises et des jouets. Des vidéos et des jeux sont inclus ainsi.

Parking est réservé en face de la copropriété. Puisque ce est une unité au premier étage, un parking est très proche de la porte d'entrée.

Sanibel et Captiva Islands ont été présentés dans de nombreux canaux de voyage ainsi que des magazines. MSN Voyage a noté ce bel emplacement dans les 10 premières places famille de vacances aux États-Unis. Vous pourrez profiter de ce havre de plage isolée, aménagement paysager luxuriant, miles de la plage avec vue imprenable, la vie de la mer, des sculptures de sable, la pêche ou tout simplement se détendre à l'écoute les sons du ressac.

Beautiful Property

Perfect spot! Unit was beautiful and clean. Pool and beach were amazing, even got to swim with a dolphin one morning in the Gulf. Property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved it!

Excellent condo!

Very clean and beautiful condo in a great location on Sanibel. The owner was very easy to communicate with! There were beach chairs, and umbrella and pickleball equipment to use. The pool at the condo is fabulous! The board games were at hit with my family too. The no-see-ums were out in full force so bring the bug spray.

The unit was as marketed. It was clean, will furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Well supplied kitchen as well supplied towels. We plan on staying in this unit again next year.

A little gem on Sanibel Island.

This newly updated condominium was first rate. Immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and just a short walk to the pool and beach, it was a quiet oasis for our two week getaway. The owner was most gracious, quickly responded to our questions, and had provided virtually everything one could need while away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Fantastic Condo!

This condo on Sanibel Island was absolutely amazing! It had everything our family of 5 needed during our week long stay. Very comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, and the perfect ground floor location near the pool. They have obviously worked very hard to open back up after hurricane Ian. All the beach towels and chairs were an added bonus, especially since we flew instead of driving. 110% recommend!

Clean, bright and comfortable

We loved our stay here, everything is exactly as described. Very comfortable home with lots of facilities. Super close to the pool and parking outside. Unexpected surprise was the fact there was spices/sugar/coffee and filters left from previous renters. We did the good thing and left our goodies for future guests paying forward but lovely to arrive and have basics (including disposable kitchen towels, detergent etc). A nice box of sunscreen if you need in emergency. Great comms by Gretchen the property manager, really useful and much appreciated including the help in getting packages delivered. Only warning for visitors is to bring some bug spray. Early morning and dusk you get attacked by noseems (or biting midges) on the beach (not on the property)

The unit is clean and amenities are exactly as listed. Plenty of towels (both beach and for indoor use). Ample kitchenware and other "needed" items that make for an excellent stay. This owner managed property is obviously cared for and her communication throughout was exceptional. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, everything we needed!

This was our second stay at Loggerhead Cay and the first in this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids, easy walk to the beach and back, clean pool…. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Overall we loved our stay at Gretchen’s place. Check in was a breeze and it isn’t far off of the causeway. Being on the first floor is super convenient to go to the pool or beach. The only issue is the main shower didn’t drain well which was a little concerning but Gretchen was very responsive and offered a solution. I would rebook without question.

Anniversary trip

The condo was clean and had plenty of beach and pool toys. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when I had a concern. The pool at the condo is amazing. The grounds at the condo were well kept. Over all it was amazing!

Great location, average accommodations

This was a great location. Ground floor, very easy access to the beach. Could use a deep cleaning of the floors, carpet and beneath furniture. It would be helpful to have an information packet prior to check in. Bicycles are a must and should be reserved ahead of visit if possible. This can be difficult when the prospect of cancellation exists due to Covid. Limited info provided regarding complex amenities, tennis courts combination, kayak availability? Very reasonably priced.

As Advertised

The unit was as stated. Very comfortable. Clean. Safe neighborhood. It was our first stay to Captiva and we discovered quickly we prefer Captiva so we drove out there everyday. This location is very residential about a mile away from restaurants and shops. Gretchen was super friendly, really quick to accommodate, and a great hostess!

Stay with Kids on Sanibel

We had a great time here with our 3 young kids! As other reviewers have mentioned, it was stocked with beach and sand toys and there was easy access to the beach and pool. The people were friendly and the stay was clean, with lots of essentials already provided for guests to use. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. Would definitely return here with the kids!

great for families

Pros-Gretchen has thought of all your needs . A well stocked home and calming blue decor. Good books, games and puzzles for the kids . tvs and phone land lines .VERY clean , well groomed complex . Easy walk to beach . Nice screened in porch on ground floor with a great selection of beach chairs, water floats and a beach umbrella. You can make whatever you want in the well stocked kitchen with 2 styles of coffee makers , pod style and regular . Easy access laundry room too. The condo faces south so it was cool and dark . Safe key code door lock . CONS -Only a few windows let in limited light with heavy window coverings this allow you to make it VERY dark and keep any light or heat out . This works well if you like a cool calming interior after a day in the hot sun and also you can make it very private. If you want a sunny light filled condo this one is not for you. If it rains and you are spending time inside be aware this condo will feel dark and cool . It rained and was partially overcast during my stay . I left 3 days early due to the lack of sunny light inside and out . due to the cooler weather I wish there had been few more than one small blanket in the master bedroom. The hot water heater was VERY load it may need replacing .I would not have been able to sleep in the second bedroom due where it is located . I was not able to use my i phone in the condo. I am sure this is the case with many hurricane proof condos. Once again Gretchen has done all she can to make this condo the best it can be. She is a super host the and the price is very fair.

Perfect location & amenities for a great beach vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and have fun. Can't beat the location: ground floor, close to the pool & a very short walk to the beach. They had water toys, chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of other items to ensure we had just about anything we needed. The owner was very sweet and the check-in/out was very simple. We would definitely recommend this place for your beach vacation!

Family Vacation

My family stayed one week here in Sanibel. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Easy pool and beach access. Having beach chairs available to use was nice. We rented a beach cart for the week which was dropped off and picked up, very convenient. Plenty of delicious restaurants close by.

Perfect vacation stay!

This was a perfect place to choose for flying in for a beach vacation! Gretchen was so amazingly accommodating! She had everything you could ask for! Brach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, tennis racquets and balls and even a lovely bowl of fruit and chocolate on the counter! It was clean and the on-site washer/dryer was a life saver! The location couldn't have been better with a short walk to the beach from the charming lanai and parking right put front! We would definitely return for another stay!

Wonderful location for a relaxing beach vacation

My husband, 3 kids between ages 5-9, and I stayed here for a week. The condo was great, with accommodations galore. Kids beach toys, pool noodles, beach chairs and beach blankets, frisbees, etc. We enjoyed the board games for game nights, and although I didn’t use any there was a bookshelf stocked with books for your beach reading needs. The condominium was peaceful during our stay, but we didn’t feel that our kids were unwelcome either. Great location, steps from the pool and a short 2 minute walk down the path to the beach. Gretchen was very responsive to the couple questions I had (yes there is free WiFi) and so friendly to speak with. We loved our stay and I’ll happily book this condo again when we come back. My kids agreed that Sanibel Island has been one of their favorite vacations to date.
