Seal Creek Lake Cottage est une charmante cabane au bord d'un lac nichée dans les majestueuses montagnes du nord-est de la Géorgie, sur le magnifique lac Seed. Beautiful Seal Creek coule à côté de notre maison et produit un son cascadant incroyablement apaisant. Profitez de nos canoës et deux kayaks sur de belles graines de lac.

Seal Creek Lake Cottage est entièrement et décorée avec goût pour fournir tout le nécessaire pour assurer de merveilleuses vacances à la famille et aux amis. Le chalet dispose de quatre chambres confortables, d’un salon séparé avec un grand lit et de 2 1/2 salles de bain, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une salle à manger, de deux chambres familiales confortables avec des murs en bois, des poutres apparentes au plafond et de deux cheminées en pierre. Et bien sûr, profitez de toutes les activités du lac depuis le quai privé et la maison de bateau à deux étages avec réfrigérateur à l'étage. Nagez, pêchez et détendez-vous depuis le quai ou apportez votre propre bateau et amusez-vous à skier, pêcher et explorer le lac immaculé et les belles demeures.

Very nice

We had an excellent stay and can highly recommend this property for a unique visit to the north Georgia lakes. April is the best time of year to go. There is excellent wine tasting and restaurants nearby.

Perfect vacation getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed at this fun lake house and we live it. Carol has been so accommodating and helpful each time and we really look forward to our vacation next year too! The house feels very comfortable and has everything we could need and even more than we expected. LakeSeed is just perfect for what we want in a lake. We had great fishing and the kids had fun in the inner tubes. I appreciated the fact there was hardly any other boat traffic making us feel very safe. The large cove is great for the kayaks and canoe and we had a lot of fun. Thanks Carol and we will see you next year!

Amazing Family Vacation

My wife, 2 daughters (ages 5 and 9) and our golden retriever stayed for 4 nights in July 2016 and had an amazing vacation. The house and property are beautiful and we felt completely at "home" from the minute we walked in. The house is very well comfortable and very well equipped with games, videos, kitchen supplies (bowls, plates, trays, silverware, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, etc.) - we found it to have everything we needed and then some for our stay. The creek was so peaceful to listen to and fun to explore with the kids and dog. The lake was perfect for swimming and jumping off the dock. We rented a boat for 2 days and had a blast tubing and just floating down the middle of the lake. The lake was very quiet and peaceful and we felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. We caught blue gills directly from the dock and tried to catch a few bass that cruised around the dock several times a day. The boathouse was fantastic for sitting out and watching the kids swim and enjoying the great view of the lake and mountains. We drove to Minihanna falls (10 min drive away) and did the easy hike to the incredible waterfall - this was a highlight of the trip for us. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and fun stay on the lake. We are already starting to plan our summer trip to stay here again next year.

Perfect place to stay and relax - or play!

This is one of the most inviting lake cabins I've ever seen! There's a charm to this Lake Seed destination that might remind you of an olde time-y cabin, but it's modern layout and huge interior will remind you that you're in this century! Downstairs, you'll love the cavernous living area with a big fireplace, large tv and ample seating arrangements, a large dining area, and a cozy den where our kids played for hours on a foosball table and with an endless array of games. Upstairs hosts 4 good-sized bedrooms, each with it's own unique features, a great size, and sparkling clean. My favorite part of this cabin, though, is that there are hundreds of places to sit and enjoy. You can sit in the corner of the den and watch the kids put together puzzles or duke it out at foosball; you can sit to the side of the dining area and watch the action of the kitchen or the adults at the oversized dining room table playing cards; you can sit in a corner of the living room and just take in the stillness of the cabin; you can sit upstairs on the sleeping porch and enjoy the outdoors without bugs; you can sit on the porch right outside the master bedroom and take in a breathtaking sunrise; you can sit on the deck of the dock, which is tastefully decorated and has an ample choice of seating. There is indeed a road to cross to get to the dock, but I really appreciated being tucked into a corner of the road that felt a bit secluded. This also made me feel more secure with the kids being outside as they had SO much to explore in a gorgeous creek running right alongside the house. I don't think there could be a more gorgeous place in the world to do dishes than standing in this kitchen looking out over the mini-waterfalls of the creek - amazing! I did not have cell service and I did not miss it one bit! This is the perfect place to get away from reality and to unplug for a few days! If you're dying to stay connected, though, the wifi is perfect. You might find that you thoroughly enjoy paddling around the lake in the canoe or kayaks (we brought our own lifejackets). Carol is a joy to deal with and is prompt and courteous in all her interactions. This property is also just a short drive from Tullulah Gorge and tons of hiking. My only regret is not having more time here. Will definitely be looking to stay here again! I recommend it for all ages, as we enjoyed it and we ranged in age from 2 months to 70!

Perfect Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful property and gorgeous cabin! We especially loved hanging at the boat dock/deck, the large gathering areas, and s’mores by the campfire. The cabin was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the owner great to work with! We had a truly enjoyable getaway at the lake!

The cabin is really nice, a lot of space and very clean. The place is great and the host very responsive. The only issue is the internet connection. Is extremely slow and only one person can be connected at a time.

Amazing Property!

Beautiful Property with small waterfalls right onsite! House is cozy and lake house is great (want to return in the summer to enjoy the lake!) Close to hiking, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, etc. Vineyards, etc. there's so much to do in the area, even in on a rainy winter weekend! Chris is a great host, very attentive and informative. Perfect for a quiet family trip in the mountains!

This cabin is the perfect getaway from our everyday busy life. The fact that has a stream right by the house makes it absolutely delightful to wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a cup of coffee outside. The cabin itself is also amazing! Beautiful, cozy, spacious and very well taken care of! We loved it an def recommend it!

Beautiful cabin!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our week stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The sounds of the creek were very relaxing and our dog especially liked playing in it. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful location, cozy cabin

Just loved this beautiful property, we've never stayed anywhere like it. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. The sound of the waterfalls adjoining the property cascading lulled us to sleep and kept us asleep every night! The lake was calm and clean, we spent hours fishing, kayaking and canoeing (thanks to the owner for allowing us to use them). The furniture in the cabin was cozy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Lots of trips to hiking trails within just minutes of the property. We can't wait to return with extended family.

I went with my family to visit Helen Georgia and decided to expend couple of days In this place. Omg what an awesome experience! This cabin is so pretty and cozy, views are breathtaking! . We had a great time in north Georgia . Thanks to Chris for making this possible .
