She didnt seem to know how to remedy her equipment and again, password issues. She responded promptly to the issues. Even suggested 100% refund due to the bug issue. She sent exterminator out which caused more bugs to appear. We shook our belongings prior to leaving due to a fear of taking bugs home. Bath tub needs slip resistant strips to prevent falls in the tubs. Very disappointed with our stay. If the owner corrects the above issues the next guests will have a pleasant stay.
Thanks for your feedback. Interestingly enough, I’m confused on how things were so bad yet you decided to stay after being offered a full refund.
Also, any and everything you complained about, a maintenance tech was sent out immediately. Day 1 you mentioned sink and television issues. Within 2-3 hours, a maintenance tech was sent. You were hesitant to open the door So out of comfort for you, first maintenance guy didn’t feel comfortable with coming in for you- and stated that something was right with you. I informed you he could fix the television (which never had issues prior) and you said it was fine. 15 minutes later you called me and ask him to come back out after he’s already on the highway. Things don’t work that way! Even when you mentioned the presence of bugs, an exterminator was sent same day. How could your stay be so bad, and you still not want to fully refunded? You wanted a refund and to be able to have a free stay. Things don’t work like that.
