Angela please allow me to respond to your remarks. First, you are renting a property, you are not a hotel guest. Items like paper towels, dishwasher soap is a consumable that is up to the guests to provide. We provide some so that you have these items upon arrival but we don’t continue to provide them. As far as the cleanliness of the Villa, you made no comments about cleanliness when you arrived, during your stay or to the concierge or at the midweek cleaning. Quite frankly people that think a sink is clogged when they simply don’t know how to operate a stopper leads me to believe your comments are simply sour grapes. In fact I believe you are now making the remarks because you and your group were caught trying to break into secure non guest areas. That puts you on our no return list which was just started with your group. As far as the stairs, you and your group were seen using the stairs to the beach daily. If the stairs were rickety then why use them over and over. You could have simply driven down to the beach. Your group left garbage everywhere and did not remove it from the property as required. You broke multiple glasses and items are missing. We wish you well but you and your group are not welcome back to Villa Kai. Thank you.

It was a pleasure having you stay at our home. We understand about the cooking items but due to health and safety concerns, we do not leave any food items between guests. The extra toilet paper is under the sinks in the bathroom, I apologize if that was not communicated to you, I will remedy that for the future. We hope to see you again.
