The hacienda style villa offers a patio in the middle and all bedrooms with own entrance from the patio,which makes it pleasant to stay with a couple of friends or family as the privacy is granted.
The master bedroom with raised double bed & separate bathroom; one bedroom with twin beds & en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom; one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with double bed both sharing one bathroom. One bedroom with entrance from the patio to the first floor. Amenities: Sat TV, DVD, CD, private infinity swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi; BBQ and outdoor dining area. A sauna is located under the infinity pool - not operating during summer month - with a separate shower. The in between cleaning twice id included.The nearest beach is within 3 min by car reachable.

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new âclimate crisis resilience chargeâ.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 10 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash. 15âŹ/day for the property !
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
