The location was perfect & access to the beach was even easier. The beds were not comfortable at all. Overall, we had a great time. Perfect condo for a small family!

Fun in the sun trip

The view was fantastic. The condo was very clean. I feel like the place needed a good paint job to it and couch needs to be replaced. The ice maker didn't work. It was over all good trip. I would stay here again. Thanks

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed staying at 303. The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the bed needs a new mattress immediately!!!!! The single worst bed I have ever laid on. I’m pretty sure my husband and I could count the mattress coils. Everything else was top notch !!!

Great view from the balcony

PROS: wonderful view from the balcony of the ocean, good location to store and food, parking was included, nice mattress on the king size bed, kitchen had everything we needed. CONS: never did speak with a live person, not even to see if we needed anything - only text & emails both checking in and out, both swimming pool liners were very dirty so we did not swim, barking dog all day at the condo either above or beside us but it is a pet friendly place

Hangers

There are no hangers. I think it would be nice if they were provided to be able to hang your clothes. Check into purchasing the ones that hotels have that can't be removed. This is my only complaint. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Caribbean 303 was clean, to many dogs on beach that stayed at Caribbean, gotta watch where you step! Grill provided was clean and easy access. Clean up girls found my wife's diamond ear rings and called us and had them returned. Very honest clean up crew. Over all, very nice.

Needs updated and some repairs to the condo

The main bathroom needs a shower curtain rod it was completely rusted the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall there was mildew at the shower knob the toilets wasn’t cleaned inside the rim of the toilet. I will send you some pictures that I have taken.

Parking

Parking was a nightmare. If we left we found there were no authorized spots when we came back. There were several cars there with no parking passes including an apparently homeless person who is living in his car. When we told the property manager that( and sent pictures of the license plates of the cars without passes) they just suggested that we find alternative parking elsewhere. Unacceptable. A system of monitoring the parking situation needs to be developed.

Great Stay!

We had a great time! Property was exactly as expected. Only two hiccups, elevator broke down so we had to lug all our things up the stairs. Definitely got a workout in. But, building maintenance got it up & running by that evening. Second one, the window in the bedroom lets in lots of light at night. Fortunately, I had read all the reviews and was prepared to hang up a curtain on a cheap tension rod I brought with so no problem. Also, I was prepared to bring our own dish soap & towels from reviews. This is right on the beach, beautiful view, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great long weekend! Location was great and we enjoyed our stay! Only complaint I would have is it is a condo that sleeps 6 people and there were only 2 towels and I think 3-4 wash cloths! Management got back with me quickly letting me know there was a shortage and that was all they could provide! A courtesy to let people know ahead would have been helpful in that situation because only 2 people had a towel and we would have to wash before the next people could shower!

Gulf Shores Getaway!

Loved this property! Great location! Everything as expected by listing, and easy to check in and out. Really liked that this property wasn't very big and so coming and going from the beach or heading out to dinner etc. was quick and very accessible. One disappointment was the balcony furniture. Some of the chairs were broken and the others were poor quality. They are shown in the photos & I will bring my own if I stay in this property again. Internet access was via their wifi but cell service was very limited. Had a hard time when needing to get my computer to do a little work emails because my own hot spot would not get a very good signal. I am not comfortable using an insecure wifi so didn't use the condo's for work/personal matters. But! With the 2 negatives... we would definitely stay again.

The elevator broke down twice so we had to use the stairs to bring groceries up and take all our luggage to the car when we left. Stairwell was hot and dirty. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags on the bathroom side. The balcony furniture cushions need to be replaced they are flat and filthy. The balcony needs to be cleaned. Looks like someone spilled something and floor was stained. The glass in the outdoor table fell out and we were lucky it didn’t shatter. The couch is wore out. Sags and is uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. No curtain on bedroom window with bright light shining through the blinds at all hours. Not enough parking and overflow lot across the streets has no lights. Not enough beach area for the amount of condos in the building.

Old fashion hospitality during Modern day chaos.

My experience at the Caribbean through Virgo was excellent. They were very courteous and the check in check out most convenient. The place was very nice and affordable. They were very considerate to check on you during your stay and very opened for suggestions.Extremely polite!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the entry door to the condo was extremely rusty, which sets the stage for what is inside. Overall, it was an ok condo in need of TLC. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. On Saturday morning by 10 am until late afternoon, repairmen were drilling & repairing so the pool was to noisy to enjoy any quiet time.
