Appartement de 60 M2, totalement autonome et sécurisé, avec 2 chambres spacieuses bien aménagées, climatisées avec chacune un grand lit pour deux personnes; une salle de bain (eau froide et eau chaude) + un séjour avec coin salle à manger, un téléviseur écran plat, une cuisine équipée (frigo; micro-onde; cuisinière ; cafetière...) et un wifi haut débit à votre disposition.
Un forfait Electricité de 25000 cfa ou 38 € /mois est inclus dans le tarif. Tout dépassement sera à votre charge.

Les appartements ont un accès propre différent de celui du propriétaire. L immeuble est sous vidéosurveillance sur la façade principale et les escaliers. Chaque appartement dispose d un système d interphone qui permet aux locataires d identifier d éventuels visiteurs et de leur autoriser l accès ou non à l immeuble. La disponibilité permanente d eau et du réseau wifi haut débit est assurée. L eau chaude est aussi disponible dans les salles de bain.

Quartier assez cosmopolite avec des commerces, pharmacie, boulangerie, fast Food et restaurants. Juste à 5 à 10 minutes de marche, vous avez accès à:
- un marché typique béninois ( Dantopka) avec des étals de légumes, de poissons, viandes et autres denrées alimentaires pour cuisiner des plats de votre choix;

- une petite blanchisserie, très simple et très ordinaire mais très efficace et prisé par nos locataires.


Pour accéder à un super marché moderne et bien fourni, il vous faudra 20 minutes de marche.
Néanmoins, de petites épiceries et boutiques du coin sont disponibles dans le rayon de 10 à 50 mètres de la résidence.

The apartments have a different access than the owner. The building is under video surveillance on the main facade and the stairs. Each apartment has an intercom system that allows tenants to identify potential visitors and allow them access to the building or not. The permanent availability of water and the broadband wifi network is assured. Hot water is also available in the bathrooms.

Quite cosmopolitan neighborhood with shops, pharmacy, bakery, fast food and restaurants. Just 5 to 10 minutes walk, you have access to:
- a typical Beninese market (Dantopka) with stalls of vegetables, fish, meats and other foodstuffs to cook dishes of your choice;

- a small laundry, very simple and very ordinary but very effective and valued by our tenants.

To access a modern and well-supplied supermarket, it will take you a 20-minute walk.
Nevertheless, small grocery stores and corner shops are available within 10 to 50 meters of the residence.
