Cette maison étonnante est située sur 2 acres de grandeur à la campagne! C'est l'endroit idéal pour les grandes réunions de famille ou les réunions de toutes sortes. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture du réservoir East Canyon pour de nombreuses activités familiales et nautiques, y compris la location de pédalos, la location de trampolines, de kayaks et plus encore. Cette maison est également un lecteur rapide à Park City et Snowbasin. Il y a une grande salle familiale, deux cuisines, 1 lit king, 4 reines, 4 ensembles de lits superposés et un jumeau. En bas a une autre salle familiale et aire de jeux. C'est un endroit idéal pour accueillir de grandes réunions en effet!

Spacious home in a beautiful setting

This is the second stay we have had here as a family. There was plenty of room for us and the kitchen and living area was more than adequate. The real attraction to the place was the shady backyard with a zip line and trampoline. The children loved that.

Excellent Home

We stayed with our youth group. The host, Jami, was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The house had plenty of sleeping space and amazing views. We look forward to staying here again.

Family Stay

Our daughters wedding was at East Canyon Resort. This property was perfect for our extended family of the bride's grand parents several sets of aunts and uncles, family friends and a bevy of cousins. The properry was very nice and enough room for all! Might seembremote, but lots to do in the surrounding area and great hikes.

Great place for a gateway with friends

The place is secluded so you don't have to worry about noise level. Perfect place to stay after a lake day at East Canyon. Lots of space and EASY checkout. Your cleaning fee actually goes towards them cleaning. They only ask that you take your garbage out and they take care of the rest. Would book again.

This home is amazing!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The house is HUGE which was awesome for our party of 14. Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel crowded when we were all hanging out in common areas. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty big. The zip line in back was a huge hit with the kids (aged 2 - 38 lol). Everything was well kept and it was everything we hoped for. Will absolutely stay here again. Communication with the host was fantastic as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Recommend this home 100%!

Perfect for Family Reunions

We loved this house! All the adults commented on the great room, which was perfect for our entire family to visit in. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with much more than we needed. The table was huge and perfect for meals and crafts. The kids loved the in ground trampoline and zipline. The owners were very helpful and accomodating in every way.There are only 3 bathrooms, which isn't much for the number we had, but it still worked for us. We were there over the July 4th celebrations, and enjoyed the town parade, fairground food trucks, etc. We also spent one day at the nearby reservoir. It was only about 10 minutes away. Overall, this was a great stay! Highly recommended!

Family Wedding

The property is just what we expected. It’s being remodeled and the remodel is going to look absolutely beautiful. It did not get in the way of anything. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were well stocked property owner was very kind and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this place for a large group. Total of seven bedrooms, all which were good size along with a great big room that opens up to the kitchen. The yard was well clean and kept. The kids had fun on the zip line and the swing hammock. I would highly recommend this property. Brit

Beautiful, spacious home that was great for our large family

The house was still in the midst of remodeling while we were there, but was totally functional (missing baseboards and trim). As part of the renovation they changed the layout/number of beds so they no longer match the listing, which was disappointing. I specifically chose this house because the listing had the exact number of beds that we needed for our large family group. We had to scramble at the last minute and share beds/sleep on couches which was not our plan. But it all worked out okay and we ended up having a great time. The house has a fantastic layout for large groups and the renovation is beautiful!

Perfect home for a family stay

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in beautiful Porterville. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 adults and 8 children. The children loved the zip line in the backyard. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. We would come here again. My only suggestion was for the owner to send out or provide written information to spare both of us the inconvenience of having to message her. I had to contact her to get a code to get in the home, then again to get the wi-go password. There were no instructions for checking out, so we just tried make sure it was reasonably clean before we left. We have used VRBO many times over the years and this was quite unusual. Otherwise, we were very happy with our accommodations.

Big place, nice setting, good for kids and large gatherings

The kids really enjoyed the house, yard and zip line. We had a large group of 4 separate families, so more bathrooms would've been nice. We expected things to be cleaner, especially since the cleaning fee is as much as it is. The owner was great to deal with, but Vrbo interface and communication is quite klunky.

Excellent property, wonderful host

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this property. Jami is EXCELLENT communicating and VERY accommodating. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly arranged for our needs. We were able to accommodate everyone in our family attending the wedding very well. We highly recommend Jami's property for family reunions, or any event that requires a large gathering

Well equipped and super responsive

We rent about 5 houses a year. This was the most well equipped house we have stayed in. The beds were comfy. It was very spacious. There were 17 of us. The host is amazing and responds quickly.

We took our youth up there and they had a great time just being kids and spending time with one another. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep, hang out, watch movies, etc. The house and property were clean and the check in process was very simple. AC didn't work great, but it was cool enough that it did not present any real issues for us. All in all, it was a really great time and we were very grateful to Jami for opening her home to us.

Family Reunion

Was a great place to house the number of people that we had with beds and sleeping accommodations. Jami was quick to respond to any needs or concerns we had. Due to our summer visit, the AC wasn’t working as well as it should, even working it under the conditions it needed (closed windows,etc). Having the fans helped and being downstairs kept cool. All in all was a great place to stay.
