Nani Hoa est une maison indépendante construite en 2017. C'est une location de vacances idéale pour une famille de 6 à 8 ans et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, avec des enfants en lits superposés. Cette maison est située au cœur de Poipu, à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la plage, près du complexe Sheraton. Le nouveau centre commercial Kukuilua est également à seulement 3-5 minutes à pied de la maison. La maison offre également une énorme cour arrière pour les enfants qui jouent et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes intérieures de Kauai. La propriété dispose de la climatisation même si les alizés soufflent dans toute la maison. Salon séparé avec concept à aire ouverte, cuisine et salle à manger. Grande salle de télévision à l'étage pour les enfants et contribue à fournir certains assez pour les adultes. Le matériel de plage est disponible dans le garage et tout ce que vous pouvez espérer est dans cette maison pour vos vacances à Kauai!

Lots of rooms for the 9 of us. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen and living room were well set up. Covered deck was great for evening games. Yard was roomy for the kids to play volleyball. A great place to spend our family vacation

Family vacation

The house is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and restaurants. It comes well equipped with beach items such as chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, towels, wagon, etc. The house also has all of the cooking stuff you’ll need for your stay. Great house and I’d definitely stay here again!

We will be back

What a phenomenal trip. We traveled with good friends who had never been on the island before. We had gone back and forth about rental vs hotel stay and man am I glad we did this rental. It was cozy, spacious in all the right places, stocked with everything you need to go to the beach and having the fenced backyard was a big win! We had 4 kids in total who had an absolute blast playing in the backyard. I also really appreciate a fully stocked kitchen, which this house has. Cleanliness was also a plus! Another bonus was having access to the athletic club. After a handful of days at the beach, taking the kids to the pool was fun. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would love to revisit this house again. Mahalo!

Perfect home

Everyone loved this home. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located in our favorite part of Kauai. It was recommended by my sister who stayed here with her family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

Amazing house in an amazing location!!!

This is our third trip to Kauai and first with the whole family (5 adults, 4 kids). This house was perfect!!! Great location to all the amenities, access to the athletic club and pool, and perfect distance from all the best things in Poipu!

Dream yard

We had an amazing time with our whole family here! Everything was very close by and the house was appointed with everything we needed and more! With 4 children under 5, the backyard was what dreams are made of! We spent almost every single evening enjoying the yard, playing corn hole and yard games. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be back again soon!

Great house on South side of Kauai

The house was exactly how it was presented in the VRBO app. The house is very large and we all had plenty of room. It was close to all the activities on the South side that we were interested in. Would definitely recommend.

Pooping retreat

We just visited with our three adult children and two infants. This is Great home for a family group with excellent amenities and everything a group needs for a day at the beach. We had a toddler and an infant which made the athletic club pool a nice option. Management was extremely responsive to any questions. There are a number of beaches and shops a short walk from the house which was handy given the crazy high car rental prices in Hawaii right now. Definitely a home our family would,love to return to.

An amazing stay in Poipu

This home is a fabulous VRBO in the Poipu area. Not only is the house beautiful, the amenities comfortable, and the location fabulous, Jon and Amy have outfitted the house with just about everything you can think of. Not only was there everything provided for a trip to the beach (snorkels, boogie boards, an abundance of beach towels, an ice chest, and a wagon too), but there were also tons of games to play while at home. We loved playing football, corn hole, ladder ball, and even hitting the whiffle ball around in the spacious back yard. There were also great games for inside play too. We also loved access to the wonderful facilities at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. We had with us family from ages 7 months to 61 years and we all had a great time. Thank you, Jon and Amy!

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed this home! There were 9 of us, 4 parents, 3 teens & 2 kiddos and plenty of room for everyone. Two different living areas (up & down) was nice for kids and adult activities. The backyard is great, we spent a lot of time in the backyard playing catch or just hanging on the Lanai. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet but very close to everything in Poipu. It’s well equipped with cooking utensils & beach gear. Everything was nice and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor dining table, it’s a built in table and bench, our whole family squeezed in for most breakfasts and dinners. It was cozy & comfy. The ONLY thing I can say about personal preference is I really love staying on the beach in Hawaii (hearing the waves, seeing the water) & while this is not that, the house & grounds really made up for it. It was beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us!

Stay in Poipu

This property works so well with multiple family members. We had a family of 9 with 3 sets of couples and some children. It was perfect for us. The house is in a great location. Our family really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A true gem

Pretty much everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, there was one problem with ongoing workers in the yard and although most of them were respectful one in particular was not and so I can’t give this property a five star for this stay. However, the construction taking place is nearing the end. I would not hesitate to recommend the property - it just narrowly missed five stars.

Great Family Home

There were 9 of us and this home was just what we were looking for (the 41/2 bathrooms were a real bonus). It is close to restaurants, shopping and the beaches. Also the host was great and very responsive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Fantastic VRBO

Our recent stay in Kauai was wonderful! This house is very comfortable, has all the necessities, is in a great location and at the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. A wonderful beach was nearby where we did a lot of boogie boarding and snorkeling - perfect spot for both, the athletic club was a great plus for our active teens and the preteens who would rather swim, some of our group played golf, while others did a horseback ride and we found a lot of great food options (smaller, off the beaten path places). The location was great, as we didn't spend much time in a car getting places -- either walked or a quick drive. We (4 adults, 5 teenagers) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful home for larger group

Home was immaculate, spacious, well stocked and close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Lanai was comfortable and enjoyed it for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. Owners were very helpful and top notch communication. We will definitely book another trip in the future. Highly recommend!

convenient home in neighborhood close to the beaches

The home is large and close to the mall and beaches. Unfortunately, we were not told until the last minute that they were building a smaller house in the back yard. I had specifically rented that property for the fenced backyard so that three children could play. You could not use the yard or sit on the patio in the back because of the workmen. Although the house has a playroom and it advertises that 10 people could stay there, only 5 chairs were provided around the dinner table. We had to ask for extra chairs and chairs for the lanai upstairs that had broken chairs.

Perfect place for family

Perfect for family with 6 adults and 4 young kids. Plenty of beach equipment: folding beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards, etc. a couple of additional lawn or patio chairs would be nice. There was construction on an ADU going on but workers were unobtrusive and quiet. We would be happy to rent again.

Family trip & birthday celebration

We had a truly wonderful stay! This property is very well kept and had plenty of amenities. We loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon & cooler. The outdoor shower was also a great feature. The owners were great to work with and incredibly easy to communicate with. We appreciated being able to have a late checkout the last night. Great location too!

We have been friends for over twelve years and have owned several properties in Poipu. So, it was very fitting for us to call this home, Ka Nani Hoa, which means Beautiful Friends. Jon, on the left, and his wife, Cindy, who took the picture, live in Golden, Colorado and Jeff and Amy, Amy in the middle and Jeff on the right, live in Dallas, Texas via Fountain Hills, Arizona. Both couples have two children so we understand what its like to travel with friends and family. 😀

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home offers so much for a large family. We fell in love with it at first sight. It can accommodate all of us when we travel together. Also, Kauai is our favorite island out of all the islands in Hawaii. It offers a slower pace style which is perfect for our busy lives. We enjoy visiting Kauai and hope that you do as well.
