À la maison dans l'appartement, vous allez adorer les couleurs contemporaines, les hauts plafonds, les lustres et les grandes portes-fenêtres qui rendent Coco si élégant avec le mobilier luxueux. C'est un grand appartement, (600 pieds carrés), et dispose d'un ascenseur pour vous emmener avec vos bagages jusqu'au deuxième étage du magnifique bâtiment historique.

Des deux canapés énormes dans le salon (un canapé-lit double) et le lit super confortable de 160 cm dans la chambre calme et tranquille, tout a été prévu pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous. Il y a un wifi rapide, une grande télévision à écran plat murale avec lecteur DVD Blu-ray et lecteur CD,
et pour tous les séjours d'hiver il y a le chauffage central avec des tapis confortables sur les canapés.
La cuisine-salle à manger séparée peut accueillir quatre personnes, une cuisinière électrique, un four et un lave-vaisselle, des couverts et de la vaisselle pour six, avec tous les plats et casseroles dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner, et même un petit batteur électrique! Il a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour la préparation de repas simple ou gastronomique, y compris une machine à expresso.
La salle de bains moderne et élégante dispose d'un lavabo, d'une baignoire pleine grandeur, d'une douche, de toilettes et d'un bidet avec un grand espace de rangement pour vos articles de toilette et la buanderie abrite la machine à laver.
La chambre donne sur la colline du château et est calme et calme, avec un ventilateur de plafond et d'énormes placards muraux pour tout votre équipement, et un écran anti-insectes afin que vous puissiez profiter de l'air frais tout en profitant d'une bonne nuit de sommeil. Enfin, il y a un parking pour les automobilistes mais les transports publics à Nice sont bons, peu coûteux et fréquents.

Flânez pendant cinq minutes et vous serez au marché aux fleurs de la vieille ville, peut-être suivi d'un déjeuner en plein air dans le port de Nice, ou simplement regarder le monde passer avec un apéritif à la place Garibaldi, comme le font les Français. Si vous vous sentez énergique, vous pouvez explorer avec BLU BIKE juste devant la porte d'entrée, louer un Segway ou des patins à roues alignées, ou marcher au sommet de la colline du château et profiter des meilleures vues de cette ville verte et belle.

Superb location with great views.

We truly enjoyed our 3 week stay at this marvelous apartment. The location is close to the Promenade, the Castle Hill, and the daily Market. I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen looking out the window watching the boats and ships come and go at the marina. The balcony offers views of the marina and the sea. We feel lucky to have found this place.

Amazing location!

We had a great stay, the apartment is in an incredible location with beautiful views from the terrace, and amenities like a washing machine and elevator made it especially easy. We stayed during a peak heatwave, so only having AC in the bedroom was a bit tough.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN NICE!!

I think the title says it all, and together with the previous reviews there is no more to say! One thing I'll add-I've stayed in many places in NIce and this is the best! And with the windows open, after the morning sun retreated , there were constant cool breezes!

The best place we have ever stayed

This apartment is perfect - it is large, beautiful and everything works. We found it to be close to the Old Town and at the same time near to the Port where we found some great restaurants. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was good to relax after a day's sightseeing. We shall be back!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the port

Jeans place is stunning, both in the comfort and amenities of the apartment and the location. Very spacious, comfortable lounge furniture and bed, clean and very well equipped. The port location is fantastic, just a bit away from the madding crowd yet so close to the prom, old town, and all Nice has to offer. Then there is the view…wow! We spent many mornings having coffee and breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the scenery. We had an absolutely wonderful two weeks in this wonderful apartment. Thanks Jean!

Seaview by the sea!

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea.... stunning view. I have spent one month and, guest cannot expect more. Everything was provided (Thanks, Jean, for the welcome package: cheese, bread, wine, coffee, etc...) including info. Re the apartment and what to do in Nice. Extremely handy location wise including the market nearby. Thank you to Claire and Christophe for helping promptly with a TV issue. Strongly recommended. Nice Vacation

We loved the apartment. We were not at the property as promised at 11:30 am because we were delayed at the car rental desk. We tried to call Pebbles but had to leave a message and then email and text to get through. They set up a new meeting time and were actually early, which was nice. The only other issue with them is that the girl that let us in did not know how to work the lift. She said it was broken. I figured out the key system on my own and sent them an email explaining how to work the lift...never heard back though.

Excellent Nice Apartment

We just enjoyed an amazing week at this apartment. The apartment is large, beautifully appointed and situated right on the port side. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go. We were met at the train station by Mira who took us to the apartment, where we met Claire. Claire manages the apartment and showed us around, made sure we had Internet access, answered all our questions and gave us the keys. We were provided with a "welcome basket" which included breakfast items, coffee and a bottle of wine. Lovely! Also a gift package of shower gels which we enjoyed. We felt instantly at home and spent a few evenings in with wine and cheese and the view of the Mediterranean. The location is excellent! We were in "old Nice ", which felt small and cozy. The morning market was a short walk and a must for all your culinary needs. Many lovely squares with excellent restaurants. Monaco, Cannes and Antibes are a short bus or train ride away. Bonus - the building has a lift! Look no further - this is the place!!

Charming

Myself and my partner stayed in Coco for a week in July. It was truly a wonderful place to stay. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Nice. You are 5 minutes from the Old Town and the Promenade is literally on your doorstep. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely little hamper with some wine, cheese, cracker breads and jam. The information provided by the Jacksons was really helpful and their communication during difficult times in Nice were touching. We spent a couple of days within Nice exploring. We would highly recommend visiting the ruins and waterfall above the memorial. It is just around the corner from the apartment. It is a bit of a hike up the steps so be prepared! The restaurant La Shounga which is just by the apartment is open late most nights and serves really great cocktails and pizzas. We even got one made and took it back to eat on the balcony. We would definitely recommend Coco - it has all the little extras you would want from a holiday apartment. The only thing I would say though is that during the really hot periods the apartment does become rather hot. We became accustomed to it after a couple of days but I got prickly heat on the third day and the warmth of the apartment didn't help. This is no reason to not stay here though. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great location!

My husband and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment overlooking the Port of Nice. The location is wonderful - walking distance to the Old Town, flower and antique markets and many, many restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, as are the appliances. The small terrace overlooking the water is just the right size for two people to have a lovely breakfast. The Nespresso machine makes wonderful coffee. The welcome items that were left for us were much appreciated. We requested a taxi to meet us at the airport. The driver was waiting inside the terminal with a sign with my name. His taxi was large and in excellent condition. When we got to the apartment, we were met by Christophe, who went over a number of things about the apartment. The location, view and size of the apartment were just right for the two of us. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Monaco Grand Prix and the French Riviera . The beautiful Coco Palace & Nice .

Our stay and holiday at the stunning Coco Palace was totally out of this world. I booked a weeks holiday to Nice for a surprise 50th Birthday for my husband to see the Monaco Grand Prix . It was very clear from all the wonderful reviews that Coco Palace would be perfect. Booking the apartment was very easy and straightforward and within a couple of hours I had received a response e mail from Jean and Howard Jackson. I e mailed Jean and explained the purpose of our holiday and it being a surprise 50th for my husband to see the GP , from then on Jean provided lots of helpful information via e mail including lots of maps and places of interest and I felt nothing was to much trouble . We arrived in Nice to be collected by taxi from the airport by Clare who is Jeans key holder / management contact . Clare was lovely and very helpful showing us everything we needed to know about in the apartment . As for the apartment and it's location well both were just stunning . The photos on the web site are very accurate but actually being in the apartment gave it a totally other dimension . It was so spacious and spotlessly clean . The entire feel was in keeping with a real Parisian bygone time ...beautiful shutters to the windows and lots of special finishing touches. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable self catering stay. The rooms are all large including the kitchen , bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has a great power shower and feels airy. The bed is gorgeous and so comfortable which was essential after many days spent walking all day and discovering the Cote D'zur. The view over the beautiful port from the French balcony was priceless and we spent our early mornings and late evenings sat here enjoying watching all the fabulous ships and activities around the port. We were in easy walking distance of the old town which was amazing with lots of restaurants and bars and lovely shops, also the train station was just a 10 minute walk and a very short ride to Monaco, Villa French which were both gorgeous. We took the ferry one morning to St Tropez for the day as the ferry was just outside the apartment this was so easy and well worth the 60€ . Everything about our stay at Coco Palce was faultless and I would absolutely recommend staying here and enjoying Nice and it's beautiful sourounding areas to anyone . We fell in a Love with Nice and with Coco Palace and are planning our return next June . Abigail & Roger Parkinson

lovely apartment, good location

We had a great stay here. The location was good and was a 10 minute walk from most things (old town, restaurants, bars etc). The apartment was also a lot bigger than I was expecting and had a great balcony to have breakfast on. It doesn't have air conditioning which actually wasn't that bad because the apartment doesn't get that hot and there is a good fan in the bedroom. The wifi was good, it was clean, host was nice. Also, we took the ferry from Nice Port to St Tropez so the location was awesome for that as it picked up and dropped off right outside the apartment. All around great stay!

Fantastic Apartment! Lovely Location!

We were met at the airport by a very pleasant taxi driver. This was pre arranged for us by Claire , who we were then whisked away to meet at the apartment . She showed us round, helped make sure we had Internet access, answered all our questions then left us in charge of the keys. The apartment was all we had hoped for & more! It was bright, airy & appeared much more spacious than in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped & the table by the window gave lovely views of the port as a couple of evening meals were enjoyed just chilling after sightseeing & walking all day. The balcony was an ideal spot for breakfast as the sun shone on it from first thing. With views of the Port, sea, boats & people coming & going it was hard to motivate ourselves to get up & go for the day! The bathroom is very spacious & has an excellent shower where you can enjoy using the lovely gift left by Jean. The bedroom , at the back of the apartment is very quiet & has lots of hanging & storage space. The bed was comfy & we enjoyed a week of very restful nights sleep. The location is perfect for taking a stroll down & round the Port to admire the lovely Yatchs, fishing boats & Cruise ships. If you enjoy a bit more than a stroll take a walk along the costal path to admire the views across the bay's. While in the other direction you can stroll along the sea wall to the Prommenade & Market area with its many restaurants & bars. There is always something interesting happening there. If you enjoy live music a visit to Shapko is a must - we went there 3 times! We had decided to have a break from driving & use the public transport ( bus, train & tram) we visited Antibes & took 3 trips to Monaco as we were attending the Historique Grand Prix. We feel the trip is nicer by bus but of course it takes a lot longer. Either way you will find is cheaper than the fares in England. We also enjoyed a tour on the open top Red Bus & as your ticket lasts till 6pm & is hop on & off it is good value & takes you out of the main town area. We also did our return journey to the Airport by bus. If we ever return to Nice we know where we intend to stay! & are happily recommending it to all our friends & family. A prompt email on our return from Jean was received to say she had returned our deposit. Thank you Jean

Superbe appartement et excellent emplacement

Coco Palais Bellevue Ce que nous avions imaginé et vu sur le site web nous l'avons eu et plus (sans aucun négatif). Excellent accueil et disponibilité de toute l'équipe (proprio et gérance); Jean Jackson, le proprio, n'est pas sur place, mais c'est tout comme, très rassurant. Bel appartement, stratégiquement situé. Vue exceptionnelle, proximité de tous les services et points d'intérêt, et en prime la tranquillité.Appartement bien équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel. Chambre à l'arrière très confortable et paisible. Nous y avons passé six semaines (mars/avril 2016); nous reviendrons à Nice et nous choisirons le même appartement. What we had seen on the web site is what we got, and more (no negative at all). Excellent welcome and availability of the whole team (owner and managers); Jean Jackson, the owner, is not on site but he is there in spirit (we feel secure). Nice appartment and perfect location. Exceptional view and close to all services and points of interest, and as an added bonus it is a very quiet place. This appartment is well equipped and eveything is functional. The bedroom is at the back, comfortable and very peaceful. We stayed there six weeks (march/april 2016); we will come back to Nice and we will choose the same appartment. Merci / thank you Jean . Glamorous apartment with rivetting views

As a couple, we stayed here in early February and the apartment more than compensated for the rather rainy weather. It is beautifully decorated, has everything you need, comfortable sofas, and cosy central heating. The view from the sitting room with its little wrought iron balcony took in both the port- with its shipping activities- and the open sea. Although the apartment is within easy walking distance of the Old Town (lots of cafes and bars) it is essentially situated in the antiques quarter of Nice. Fine for buying an antique, but it meant that specialist food shops (butchers etc) were rather hard to find and at a distance. The nearest sizable supermarket-not very inspiring- was about 20 minutes walk. Presumably because it was winter, many of the cafes on the port were closed or partially open .The bus service, however, was cheap and usable, and would take you to destinations near and far. The care we received for the owner was excellent. We have had enough dealings with rental properties to understand how important this is. First, we were able to pay through HomeAway which feels more secure. Second, all emails were answered promptly. Lots of information was provided. A local concierge service was on hand; transfers arranged to and from the station. Cheese, biscuits, coffee and wine were provided for an arrival snack. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment with great views

A well appointed apartment with thoughtful extras. Very obviously a much loved holiday home rather than just bought to rent. Very helpful and informative owners. Comfortable bed and quiet bedroom, the only reason we haven't given it 5 stars was the lack of air conditioning which would have been lovely in the July heatwave, and the traffic noise at the front, but the views and the gentle sea breeze compensated!

Smart apartment great location.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment last May. It's very smart and well equipped with a super kitchen and a quiet bedroom. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the activity in the port. Its an easy walk to the Old Town, and we enjoyed mooching around the narrow streets and shops. The bar/restaurant just outside the front door does super pizzas and great mojitos. Just across the road, the port area has some great restaurants and we thought Les Pecheurs outstanding. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away, and the bus stop at the end of the port was handy for trips to Beaulieu , Villefranche and Eze. All in all we had a great time and would certainly try and book again on our next trip to Nice

Great place to stay

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Lots of space and light. Very well equiped. We felt at home. The place is great for a couple or a family with 2 children. I would definitely recommend it Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement, lumineux, spacieux et bien équipé. L'endroit est parfait pour un couple ou une famille avec 2 enfants. Fantastic location, lovely property

Fantastic location right on the Promenade des Anglais and a lovely sea view. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped and we particularly appreciated the cool, quiet bedroom. Would definitely recommend.
