Un studio récemment rénové, joliment décoré, situé dans le quartier de San Juan Isla Verde. Ce condo est entouré par les 2 plus belles plages d'Isla Verde, le Ritz Carlton Beach est situé en face de notre Condo (voir les photos de notre balcon) & L'Hôtel San Juan Beach est situé en face de notre Condo Oceanfront. Cet appartement a une vue sur l'océan à couper le souffle, et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, lit queen size Murphy, air conditionné, balcon privé, télévision par câble, Internet haute vitesse, TV Plasma 32 pouces, DVD, laverie, 1 place de parking et 24 - l'accès direct à la plage Le propriétaire est fier de ce studio charmant et confortable. Profitez d'un temps parfait toute l'année. Le transport (bus) est facilement accessible à quelques pas du condo. El San Juan plage est à une minute à travers le condo. L'autre plage du Ritz Carlton est l'endroit où se trouve le condo. Beau studio vue mer pour couples.

Old San Juan: Faites une visite guidée à pied: Le sommet des attractions du Vieux San Juan peut facilement être vu à pied pour la plupart. Depuis Old San Juan est considéré comme la zone dans le vieux fort ou les murs du château et seulement 7 blocs carrés, vous pouvez voir beaucoup dans une journée à pied si vous êtes si incliné. Cette zone vous ravira avec son architecture espagnole, ses églises, ses boutiques, ses restaurants et ses musées, sans parler des bâtiments historiques et autres caractéristiques. Calle Fortaleza est une rue favorisée par de nombreux touristes en raison de ses restaurants, hôtels et magasins attrayants.

Depuis la vieille ville est bordée par la baie de San Juan, une promenade le long du front de mer peut être un moyen agréable de commencer ou de terminer vos visites à pied ou profiter d'un répit tout en profitant des superbes panoramas qu'il a à offrir. Nice accommodations.

The studio was exactly as described. Worked well for a couple. The beach is just steps down the road. Always had a parking spot. A little off the beaten path but maybe quieter than the main areas.

Amazing location, host, and all I needed

Excellent communication and helpfulness even with a late check-in time. Apartment very clean and tidy. Apartments beautifully set up, furnishings and equipment starting to get tired. So close to the beach. There are many handy shops and eating places within 10 min walking distance. A wonderful stay, thank you so much

Fantastic Location!!

I was traveling alone and it felt safe and was very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic!! I loved the ocean view, having the sound of the ocean inside the unit, and the 2 beautiful beaches on either side. Would stay there again!

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

The reviews did this property, and the hosts, justice. The pictures were exactly what we found when we got to the apartment. I texted the host, and he responded in less than a minute. The hosts were welcoming, and easily reached during our stay. The views! We literally walked down the steps of the building, and the ocean was right there! We will be back!!!

20 year anniversary

Walked in to balloons and wine!!! Both host are AMAZING!! View from room although from a side angle was BREATHTAKING!! Room very clean, everything from beach towels, cooler, beach chairs are there to make your stay a little extra special. I would definitely book again.

Great Little Place For A Couple

This was a nice little place for a couple. You can sit out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great. Nilsa was very responsive to any issues we had and was very kind. She provides beach gear so you don’t have to worry about brining your own. The beach is just a short elevator ride down and only about a 100 yards away. Very convenient! The neighborhood felt very safe. There is parking, but it is first come first serve, we personally never had a problem getting a parking space, but it does appear to fill up later at night. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to stay in Puerto Rico for a romantic time.

The apartment is cosy and well located. The view will put a smile on your face when you wake up in the morning and at night it is quite romantic to hear the tide and the wind in the palm tree. Even though it is small, I consider it to be a good deal when you compare it to other alternatives. My wife and I where looking basically for a place to sleep while on the island (we were on a tight budget)and we were pleased with our decision. Nilsa the owner is a very nice person to do business with also. We will be back again for a longer stay.

Property was conveniently located near the beach and close to supermarkets and CVS. Property was overall OK. Had several issues with the apartment complex in itself, power outage twice for over 3 hours and no A/C. The closet sliding door kept derailing when you tried to slide it open. The pics dont actually justify the actual apartmente when you arrive. The place is small, however one thing we really liked is that it had three small coolers, had chairs and umbrellas and two microfiber towels and two sets of snorkeling equipment. The place is ideal for a couple on a budget.

The unit was clean and tastefully organized. Although small, it was adequate for my wife and I. However, I'd only recommend it for short stays. The unit isn't really setup for cooking. There is no oven, and only has two burners. The big problem however is parking. Although listed with a parking space- this is not the case. Afterword I was informed that the parking was "first come first serve". This is disingenuous. The owner needs to be upfront and forthcoming with renters.

My husband and I spent our 35th wedding anniversary on this property. It is everything we hoped it would be. We loved the view and the quiet walks on the beach plus much more. Nilsa is great to do business with. We are excited about coming back and spending two weeks next time. The bedding could be improved, but that was my only complaint. I would suggest you use a credit card for payment instead of a cashiers check that has to be mailed. We mailed ours 2 weeks before we left for San Juan and it didn't get there until the same day as we did. Talk about stressful. I didnot need that added stress. It is a great place to go to unwind from the hussle, bussel of everyday life.

Close to the beach, all I needed for an emergency stay. The manager was available, helpful.

Easy to book- I had an emergency need to come to the island, and the process could not have been smoother. The property is clean, by the beach and minutes from the airport. There I was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, but not in the room! Happy to find this spot

Great Condo, great location

Really loved the space, super clean and great view. The only glitch was when the island went into black out on Wed 4/6 There was no communication from the owner at all to check up on us. We had no lights, AC, functional fridge or use of the kitchen. I reached out to her and she said yes, it's all over the news, it's a black out and that was it. In the meantime we had to go and buy ice for our food in the fridge and some candles. She finally asked us if we needed anything two days into the outage on Friday 4/8 and so ice and lanterns were finally delivered two days after having no power. The power came back on the morning hours of Saturday. But then went back on that same day, so I was still grateful at least attempt was made to make us more comfortable, but it was pretty late in the game. It was a bummer not to be able to make coffee or food during the outage, or have a warm shower, but we were able to reap the benefits of the condo and its amenities for at least a few days of our stay. I totally understand black outs are nothing within the owners control, but more prompt attention would have been appreciated .

Wonderful Month on the Beach!

I had a great time here for the month. it is small, but was everything I needed just for me. The a/c worked well, it is very clean, tastefully decorated and all necessary amenities are available. Most importantly, it is just steps from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, the pharmacy and grocery store. The beach stretch in both directions is so long, you can walk for miles which I loved. Nilsa and Manny were very responsive whenever I reached out. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well. My only suggestion for them is to keep some basic food condiments available to guests such as salt, pepper and olive oil, etc. assuming that some guests would be cooking (especially those that are staying long-term). I had no electricity one day and no water one evening, but this could happen anywhere. I would definitely stay again, thank you for maintaining a great unit to rent.
