Détendez-vous dans cette oasis de jardin, crabe juste dans la cour arrière (pots à crabes fournis et quai pour bateaux disponible sur demande.), Prenez un verre au bar en plein air ou dirigez-vous vers les magnifiques plages du LBI, à seulement 9 minutes de trajet. 4 lits 2 salles de bain pour 10 personnes. Le lit principal a un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen, la 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, la 4ème chambre a des lits superposés. Salon a un canapé-lit (lit complet). Quai pour bateau, Climatisation centrale, WiFi, câble, laveuse, sécheuse, douche extérieure, barbecue et bar en plein air

Great spot

Bigger/nicer on the inside that it looks from the outside. We loved the outdoor furniture - tiki bar, lounge chairs and two dining tables. Was wonderful to be outside and enjoy the breeze on the lagoon!

Relaxing family vacation

We really enjoyed the outdoor area. The outdoor shower was a plus. Always a nice breeze at night and also nice and quiet and relaxing. The house was large enough for all of us. A quick drive to the beach and all LBI had to offer. We will be back !

Perfect vacation spot

The listing was even cuter in person. John was very communicative & helpful. The location was an easy drive to the beach and we had so much fun in the backyard. Keep a look out for the baby ducks!

Family fun on Beach Haven West

This was our first time staying in Beach Haven West. The house was great! Backyard was fantastic! My son loved trying to catch crabs & ducks come right up to the dock. John, the owner, is wonderful and is easy to communicate with.

Great wedding weekend

John was great! When asked provided linens at great price. We needed a hairdryer and ge had one delivered!!! Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was ahmazing! Peaceful anf quiet. A/C worked great. Plenty of room for all of us. Perfect location close to off and on island. You cant go wrong staying here. Thx John for making our weekend great

Great stay at the Jersey Shore

Everything was perfect. John is the perfect host and always responds quickly with any questions you have. The pics of the home and property are great, but it's even nicer when you're there. The home is clean, stocked with all items you could possible need. Beach badges were even included. The backyard on the lagoon is beautiful and relaxing. We spent all of our free time out by the tiki bar. The neighborhood was very quiet, and there were stores within easy walking distance. Definitely a 5 star rental and a 5 star host. Thanks for everything John!

Beautiful Family getaway

Perfect little oasis. The home was comfortable and contained everything you would need. The outdoor area was beautiful and tranquil. Perfect home to spend time with family or friends. Had fun crabbing and fishing with our 3 year old grandson. The whole family can't wait to do it again.

Comfortable and affordable.

Master bed was extremely comfortable and soft. Nice location on the canal near LBI Hotel where we had a wedding. The rental had every thing we needed. Loved the locztion.

Lovely home, prompt communication, and very accommodating!

The house was lovely and decorated with a coastal theme, which added to the vacation feel of the home. John was very prompt with communications, clear with instructions, and accommodating to our requests. The inside of the property is more spacious than it seems in the photos. The outside of the property was very relaxing and had a welcoming vibe with a tiki bar and plenty of seating to look over the dock. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back again, thanks John!

Even Better Than Expected

Clean, really well appointed and very responsive owner made the stay at this property absolutely perfect. Modern conveniences, lots of seating and socializing areas are available. The pics don’t do the home justice. I will rent here again!

Beautiful view and place!

My husband and I stayed here with a few other couples for a weekend. The place was very clean when we arrived. John was also super easy to deal with. He responded quickly to any messages and made check in so simple and easy! The bay view is just amazing at this place. We spent majorities of the weekend enjoying the backyard!

Perfect Location

Perfect location at nearby Mallard Island Yacht Club (walking distance). Also provided great access to nearby LBI. House was great…spending most of the time on the patio by the water.

Beautiful Clean House

Very clean and nice property. Outdoor space is very cool and the layout makes it feel much larger than square footage. Great for 1-2 family’s with kids as well. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect location!! Great backyard!

This was a little getaway for my family all adults....house is super nice! Pictures do not do it justice! In the morning walk over to the bagel store....bring bikes and ride over the bridge to the Boatyard for lunch and Mud City is another great place to eat! Ice cream is also walking distance and the beach is a 5 minute drive! Then turn on outdoor lights and go sit in the baclears and kick back and relax with a drink! Perfect!! John was great!!

Excellent Getaway

I would highly recommend this property. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless and beach badges were included in our stay . The neighborhood was quaint and everyone was friendly. Only 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants and stores are close by.

Great rental

My cousins and I rented this property so we could be close to other family staying on LBI. About 20-25 minute drive to our other family staying in Beach Haven. The property was beautiful and neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend for families.

A weeklong getaway...

This property is wonderfully maintained and delightful both inside and outside. We entertained one evening with a small outdoor gathering set in the fabulous yard. There is ample seating of all kinds of seating options... high top table, dining area, casual seating area and a great tiki bar! I have family nearby with whom we spent time on the beach. Great! The location of this property is great if you don’t mind a 10 minute ride to the beach. It is well situated to the best bagel place (5 minute walk) around and near groceries, booze and numbers of great restaurants both on and off island. My hosts were stellar. Easily accessible and extremely happy to try and make your visit as great as they can. I’m sure that is enough said.

Great location , beautiful property

This is an amazing place for a long weekend or family getaway. The house is very homey and comfortable. And the backyard is ideal for some quiet time by the canals and boats. LBI is close by with plenty of bagels, groceries and beverage stores in the area. Owner was a perfect host. We’ll definitely look forward to staying here again.
