While we failed to tell him the a/c policy when he booked, we did inform him before he arrived. He way exceeded allotted amount , yet was not charged nor did he offer to pay anything extra. I tell everyone that June, July, & August are very hot there & our a/c ( 100% solar powered until the propane kicks on) is limited to bedrooms & 3 hours per day included. Bill

As always, there are two sides to every story...It was true that the guest's arrival date was mixed up, however, the Villa had been cleaned & was ready for him .It was also true a leak had developed under the sink & has been fixed/replaced as soon as it was brought to my attention.The "dog poop" I am told, was from HIS dogs! This guest rented two places & had many, many people coming & going to both houses, so at any one time, there could have been many, many people celebrating his birthday. I spoke directly with him to address his concers. He was given use of the kayaks @ n/c & was brought extra towells to accomodate his "party". I aslo split the cleaning fee with him, not because it wasn't clean, but due to the date mix up. He could not have thanked me more. Although you cannot please everyone, we certainly try. Please read all of the other reviews before making up your mind, Bill
