We've been to Mexico almost every winter for the last 20 years; staying at various places from hotels to all inclusive resorts and for the last 7-8 years doing vacay rentals in Bucerias. This is a very well appointed place. Lots of room, modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms appear to have been recently updated with tiling and fixtures. There are a few bumps and bruises - but that is to be expected with renters who may add excess wear and tear on the place. As noted in the ad, there is a circular staircase outside to get to the second level - not for those with mobility issues, small children or if you take a monster suitcase. We pack light, only taking a carry on - this speeds up entry and exit at the airport too. The unit has a washer dryer so you can do laundry when needed. Maid came on Sat & Wed, to sweep, mop and tidy up the towels and wipe down counters. This is NOT a hotel, so don't expect the maid to wash your towels or change your bedding unless you put them in the laundry basket in the 3rd bathroom. Lots of towels/linens in the kitchen closet if you need. The condo is close to the big grocery store and a block off the "lateral" service road where there are many little shops, cafes and bars to visit. It is also just off the highway, so if you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs. Pool is cool and refreshing after a hot afternoon walk - shared with the other 2 units. Water is filtered so no need to buy bottled water.Excellente!
