Studio entier avec vue sur le port de plaisance avec kitchenette, réfrigérateur complet, salle de bain complÚte et WiFi gratuit. Le bùtiment a la sécurité 24/7. Chambre pour 5 personnes. Lieu peu coûteux pour l'écotouriste qui profitera de la beauté de la nature: Bio Bat. Sept mers, Icacos et El Yunque. Réveillez-vous et profitez de votre café face à la mer ou terminez votre journée en rentrant chez vous aprÚs une soirée en kayak à la baie Bio.

Las Criobas a plusieurs restaurants et bien sûr, vous pouvez stocker votre réfrigérateur chez le Walmart local pour préparer des petits déjeuners, des déjeuners et des collations. Il y a un micro-ondes et une cuisiniÚre pour votre usage. La kitchenette a des ustensiles de cuisine et des casseroles.

Je suis en train de redĂ©corer lentement et l’endroit est dotĂ© des Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels comme un lit, un canapĂ©-lit et un matelas pneumatique. Si vous avez un budget limitĂ© et souhaitez profiter de la beautĂ© de la nature, c’est un excellent camp de base pour toutes vos aventures. Le complexe de condo a Ă©galement une piscine et nous fournissons des serviettes de plage / piscine ainsi que des chaises de plage pour vous.

Great location, great stay

The stay at the studio was just as described! It's super close to restaurants, bio bay, El Yunke and water taxis to neighboring islands. It was perfect for the day trips we wanted to take and great to come back to a beautiful view.

Awesome view great value

Excellent vacation spot. Condo was what we expected. Clean and comfortable. Awesome view. The ac control was a bit hard to understand. Only minus was daytime construction on either the roof or unit next door with constant drilling but usually we were out anyway.

The condo is in a great location

We came for a weekend getaway and loved the location. So close to the bio bay kayak tours and restaurants. I feel like we’re needed more time to do all the other activities the area has to offer.

A wonderful vacation!

This survey website is not working. We hope this review is received! Our stay at our Vrbo condo could not have been more fun. We loved it. The rooms were comfortable and the views were spectacular. The location afforded us a five-minute walk to some wonderful seafood restaurants, and we could easily drive to a couple of beautiful beaches, harbors for sailing and snorkeling cruises, and the El Junque rain forest. The only discomfort was the early morning noise below from the work area and private harbor of the adjacent resort. That hardly distracted us from our fun. The contacts with Eunice were easy and always helpful, and we are grateful for her services! Thanks, Eunice!

Amazing View

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and has everything one needs. The response time to any questions I had were answered quickly. Who definitely recommend and use again when in Puerto Rico.

Million dollar view!

If you are staying in Fajardo this is a lovely place! Pretty much everything is available, reasonable space, comfy bed and access to a few good local restaurants -- highly recommend Racar as it is really local and reasonable. A little tough to find breakfast places nearby so be prepared to drive or cook at the condo on Tuesday and Wednesday. It's great to sit on the balcony and watch the harbor activity. The hostess is communicative and helpful and we found the condo to be a great place to spend time; the parking is also secure which is a bonus.

Perfect!

Description and fotos were en pointe. Apartment was well appointed and thought of every detail. Comfy, sunny and airy. We welcomed each day on the balcony and said our gnites there as well. Garage staff were attentive as well as in tune with security. Loved!

Overall a good stay

Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the view each morning whilst drinking our morning coffee. The condo was clean and might just need some upkeep. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the condo security. There is some feedback for the host. We were expecting to cook our dinners in the condo and i was disappointed with the lack of working knives, a cutting board, etc. There was one old plastic spatula. I would just recommend in providing some good cooking supplies, more than two trash bags, a broom or vacuum. Especially for those guests staying more than a couple of days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

6th Floor, not 200 feet from the water, nothing to impede the amazing view of the sun rising through the glass wall, spectacular really. The studio is small, but feels large and is plenty comfy. Bed and dressings were felt high quality and nice. Studio was impeccably clean. Hosts greeted us on time and promptly. Hosts and Studio get 5 stars. There is great food just minutes away. This is an ideal location to explore all of Fajardo's and Luquillo's beaches, and is about a realistic 45 minutes away from the ferry to Vieques and Culebra since actually getting in and through the Naval Base is a 15 minute ordeal (not accounted for in google/waze/apple maps), speed bumps, unnecessarily long roads, etc.). Note that after the last hurricane, the road to the building was washed out. Driving in and out the first few hundred meters is a 1 mph deal. There was also construction and landscaping noise from right in front of the building starting at 6 AM. None of this reflects on the hosts of their studio, but it is worth mentioning to the potential traveler in the near future. The building shows it is from (probably) 1970's. But the elevator works well and water pressure/plumbing is good. The rooms are SOLID and we heard no noise from neighbors above or over. There is no AC and it got hot pretty early and stayed through the night. There were two fans that tried to keep up. We slept with the balcony sliding door wide open, in January. There were some mosquitoes coming through. You will not be able to sleep in here. The amazing view will literally wake you up. We did not get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked refreshing. There are security guards onsite 24/7. For the price this is a great value, and as an ideal location to the east side of PR as any. We highly recommend it!

Eunice’ place was great. We enjoyed our visit in Fajardo, PR. It was close to Ceiba Ferry Terminal to visit Vieques + Culebra islands. The apartment is walking distance to the water taxi to visit Icacos Island. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with cooking utensils, beach chairs, cooler and goggles to snorkel. We had our designated parking pass and there was an elevator to the 6th floor. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was a great experience.

Great experience!

Location is next to the water, you can enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves crash. Close to water taxis for a quick trip to Palominos or Icacos.

Beautiful, but Mostly Quiet

This was a great stay, lots of amenities, nice location, but the beautiful balcony view was marred by the noise of the construction/demolition next door, about 40ft away. 7am-3pm, grinders were running, debris dropping 7 stories onto the ground below, and a skipjack below nearly always in reverse. Evenings and weekend were beautiful, as advertised. After I complained, host Eunice did a good job updating the description of the property.

The parking was easy. The view from room was fantastic. The host was nice and responded quickly. Laundry on sight. Mini kitchen was nice. Walking to bay tours easy. Walking to bars and restaurants no problems. Short drive to grocery, and beaches. I highly recommend

Great view and close to restaurants and bio bay

Check in process was really simple. Property feels secure with the security personnel that are vigilant about cars coming and going etc. The view is great, sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. We liked the area, very close to the Kayak village so its really convenient for the bio bay excursions. Grocery store not far away if you want some essentials. The condo has fridge, microwave, small stove top area, etc. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.
