À quelques minutes de Disney World, Sea World et Universal Studios, notre maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Une salle de jeux a été ajoutée au garage pour des divertissements supplémentaires, notamment une table de billard, un air hockey et un baby-foot. Les écrans privés dans la piscine et le spa sont agréables toute l'année avec de la chaleur en hiver. Une cuisine entièrement meublée a été fournie et tous les draps sont inclus. Une buanderie est située dans le garage pour votre usage. Tous les appels téléphoniques sont gratuits, locaux, longue distance et internationaux (certains pays peuvent ne pas être disponibles, veuillez envoyer un e-mail pour plus de détails). Wi-Fi gratuit, câble, TV dans toutes les chambres avec DVD. TV dans le salon a blue-ray. Pour les mois d'hiver (d'octobre à mars), il y a des frais supplémentaires de 25 $ par nuit plus taxes pour le chauffage de la piscine. Well we have just returned from a 2 weeks stay and have had an absolute blast. Property location, we couldn’t have asked for better it was so central to all we planed to do. Spacious, clean, easy check in and had everything we needed. It’s a 100% from us and we would highly recommend. Pictures do not do the property justice to be honest.

The villa was beautiful the pictures do not do it justice. 5 of us were in the property an 8 year old parents and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The pool was fab and the games room. All rooms were brill with plenty of storage. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. Good location for Disney world and Universal studios

We stayed in this home for 12 nights and it was the perfect choice. Everything is as described in the listing. Very close to all of the Disney Parks and any type of food that you may desire. It was a huge plus having a Walmart less than two miles away to stock up on necessities during the stay. We would absolutely recommend this home to everyone!!

Perfect for a Disney Vacation!

Loved everything about this home! It was absolutely perfect. A quick drive to each Disney property and only 30 minutes to Universal. Great neighborhood. The pool and game room were a bonus! Comfortable home. The homeowners are fantastic as well. If we are ver back in the area we will be booking with them again.

Disney vacation

Property was close to the parks. Convenient location, and quiet. Felt like it was a safe location. Enjoyed the pool, it was nice and was maintained well. All the rooms were really nice and perfect for our stay. Even though we didn’t use the TVs much we thought it was nice that there was one in every room if we did want to watch them. The master bedroom was just beautiful. If we are lucky enough to visit again we would choose this property.

Great Family Trip

The house was very nice and had a beautiful setup of rooms. We had 6 people and more than enough room! Pool was fantastic! The house was close to everything - restaurants, shopping and Theme Parks!! I would definitely go there again!!

Best Disney Trip

I have rented several properties in this area over the years, and this was by far our favorite! The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own sanctuary. The garage game area with air conditioning was perfect and a perk not all rentals offer. The pool and spa were heated without an additional fee which made it even more relaxing after a day at the park. All the beds were comfortable, and the home had plenty of extra linens and towels. The starter supply of amenities such as dishwasher pods, laundry soap pods, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags made getting settled much easier. The house is conveniently located close to everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a cute little playground just a block away. This property will be on our list of places we will come back again in the future for sure! Gary and Kristy were great hosts with a great home for families of all ages!

Amazing trip!

Checked in 11 days ago, could not have asked for a better experience! The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of. More than enough room for everyone to sleep. Loved the pool and the outdoor area. Great amount of boardgames, and the games room was so much fun! Aside from the stay, the owner was super responsive to inquiries prior to the stay. Super close to Disney and other places for shopping, eating and gifts. Highly recommend!

Very Clean & Great Location

My family will definitely stay here again. This home is very close to restaurants, shopping, Disney, etc. It is a great location off the beaten path but still close to everything! The home is very clean and the check in and out process is simple! Pool was a great relaxing area for winding down in the evening. Everyone had an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic holiday home - more than we could have asked for.

This house is great! It’s clean, in an excellent location, superb outdoor furniture, especially outdoor dining table and chairs. Everything needed can be found in the kitchen somewhere - electric kettle, coffee maker, water jugs, glass & plastic cups and plenty of cutlery!!! Gary & Kirsty were great to deal with, easy to contact, obliging and understanding. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future - one of the best homes we have stayed in for a while. Also, super price and we really respect that.

Wonderful Vacation Home Base

From booking to leaving the home it was a smooth experience. The house is well situated, absolutely sufficient in any possible ways and we would definitely love to stay again. Having been there in the summer I would only wish it had a big tree left of the parking spot.

Perfect location

Great villa, great area. The villa was well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Pool area was nice and private and had the sun all day. Definitely will book it agai if we can.

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! Fabulous Stay

We just had 2 wonderful weeks. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pool towels, bath towels things you normally pack but we didn’t need to. Washing machine for me was a great bonus. Location was perfect 2 miles from Walmart, 15 minutes from Disney world. Great size pool which we used every evening after a busy day. Host communication was brilliant helping us out when we needed a doctor for my grandson. If we ever returned we Definately book again and will recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home 😃

Fabulous villa.

We stayed in the villa ,4 adults for one week ( sleeps 8) and had a great stay. Lovely villa ,good space , spotlessly clean ,so well done to your housekeeping team ! Good private pool ,outdoor space nice ,not alot of sun bed space but a lovely big table and chairs under the covered area outside. Fab bedrooms, only used king & queen beds but both were super comfy. Lounge area & leather settes very nice and comfortable. Kitchen had everything and more you will need, Great games room but we didnt have time to use as at the parks most days. This villa is in a great area for all parks ,taking only 10-15 mins at this time of year at any time of day , we did not hire a car this time and used Ubers which worked out much more cost affective than paying for disney parking +car hire costs. Great host , very quick correspondence, Would highly recommend this villa ,very good value, would definitely stay here again . Thankyou for a great stay! Debz ,Ash, Mand & Jason from UK xx
