Le logement

Location d'un appartement de 60 m2 entièrement meublé, comprenant 1 grande Salle à manger / Salon avec canapé lit, 1 cuisine, 2 chambres,1 sale de bains, 1 toilette séparée avec lavabo et 2 balcons équipés.
Entièrement équipé, vous aurez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire de cuisine, (réfrigérateur/congélateur, plaque vitrocéramique/gaz, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetières à filtre et à dosette, bouilloire, grille pain), de rangements, de vaisselle, de linge de lit ainsi que d’appareils, (Lave-linge avec sèche-linge intégré, table et fer à repasser, sèche cheveux) et de produits ménagers.
Un soin particulier a été apporté pour le confort (Toutes les literies sont équipées de sur-matelas à mémoire de forme), ainsi que pour la sécurité (voir Photos).

L'appartement est également équipé du wifi et du câble, vous pourrez ainsi visionner les chaînes nationales et internationales sur la télévision écran plat du salon. En plein cœur du Val d'Europe cet appartement est au 2ème étage, avec ascenseur, dans un immeuble calme de haut standing avec un concierge et un jardin privé.
Une grande place de parking privée (4m de large) en sous-sol de l'immeuble sera aussi à votre disposition.
Sur place plus besoin de votre voiture. A quelques pas de l’appartement, (200m), vous trouverez des magasins d'alimentation et l’espace shopping Val d’Europe & Vallée Village (voir photos et cartes), centre de fitness Cap Tonic, Aquarium Sea Life, centre spa Val d'Europe, ainsi que plus de 30 restaurants.

Tout est prêt pour vous accueillir et vous faire passer un merveilleux séjour à Disneyland Marne-la-Vallée avec, en plus, une grande facilité d’accès en 35 minutes au centre de Paris avec le RER.

L'appartement doit être rendu dans le même état de fonctionnement des équipements et au plus prêt possible du niveau de propreté de l'état des lieux entrant en utilisant les équipements et les produits d'entretien mis à disposition.
Le service de ménage prévu, moyennant un forfait de 40 euros en plus de la location, ayant pour objectif le contrôle et la parfaite remise en état de l'appartement.

Rental of a fully furnished apartment of 60 m2, including 1 large dining room / living room with sofa bed, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room, 1 separate toilet with washbasin and 2 furnished balconies.
Fully equipped, you will have at your disposal all the necessary kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas/ceramic, microwave, dishwasher, coffee filter and pod, Kettle, toaster), shelves, dishes, linens and appliances (washing machines with integrated dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer) and household products.
A particular care has been taken for comfort (All beddings are equipped with memory foam mattress topper), as well as for security (see Photos).

The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and cable, you can watch national and international channels on the salon flat-screen television. In the heart of Val d'Europe this apartment is on the 2nd floor, with lift, in a quiet building of high standing with a concierge and a private garden.
A large parking place closed (4 m wide) in the basement of the building will also be at your disposal.
On-site no more need of your car. A few meters from the apartment (200 m), you will find food stores and space shopping Val d'Europe & Valley Village (see photos and maps), fitness center Cap Tonic, Sea Life Aquarium, spa Val d'Europe center, as well as more than 30 restaurants.

Everything is ready to welcome you and make you a wonderful holiday at Disneyland Marne la - Vallée with, in addition, a large easy access in 35 minutes to the center of Paris with the RER.

The apartment must be returned in the same operation level of equipment's and as close as possible than the cleanliness level than the incoming inventory by using the equipment's and cleaning products available.
The expected maid service, for a fee of 40 euros in addition to the rent, having the objective to control and to insure the perfect restoration of apartment cleanliness level.

Great location for Disneyland and Great Hosts

My family of 5 spent 2 nights at the apartment. It is extremely convenient to Disneyland with only a few minute walk to the train. There are numerous restaurants and an excellent bakery within a couple of minutes along with convince stores. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Jackie met us at the train station to show us the apartment and was so nice and helpful. The apartment did not have air conditioning, but it was no issue. While we were there daytime highs were in the mid 80 degree Fahrenheit range, but Jackie set us up with a couple fans to use at night and that worked perfect. It’s a very quiet location and worked great for my family

Very cosy apartment but only one of the single beds is really useable

We had a very nice stay and the communication with the owners was wonderful. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the only things I have to point out was the second single bed. This was only an old foldaway bed and after testing, we decided to lay the mattress on the floor and one of us had to sleep there. The other single bed and the double bed were good. Also, the sleeping couch is not usable for heavier people. If these things aren't a problem for you, then the apartment is a total recommendation.

A wonderful break

We had a wonderful time in Paris, the apartment is very convenient to all the services and within easy distance to the Disney park and to Paris. The apartment was well equipped, clean, comfortable and large enough for 4 adults comfortably. The owner was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and this made our break very enjoyable.

Very spacious, super location and gracious hosts

Location fantastic - literally steps to the station for train to Disneyland (and Paris). A range of restaurants, bars, Boulangeries etc all within one minute’s walk, as was Val D’Europe shopping centre. We did walk to Disney a few times but we like walking, suspect it is too far for most people to consider normal! The hosts, Andre and Jackie, were fantastic with communication before and during/after. They were extremely helpful and gracious. The apartment was much bigger than the photos appeared. The setting above a courtyard made the accommodation extremely quiet at night but perfectly located. The apartment had everything you could have wanted (except air conditioning! But that would not be normal in this area - do pay attention to the hosts’ advice to keep shutters closed in the day!) Overall highly recommend :-)

Absoultely Fantastic, You won't believe how close everything is !!!!!

We had the pleasure of being the guests of Andre Prevost and his good friend Jackie for 10 Nights. Everything about the rental was fantastic. Jackie greeted us and guided us to the spacious parking spot. We proceeded to the unit itself, clean very well equipped and spacious, 2 full bedrooms with sleeping for 6+. Once we were familiarized with the apartment, Jackie took the time to walk the neighborhood with us. It is hard to describe how close things really are...Bakery was a 2 minute walk, RER Train was 3 minutes, The Val D'Europe Mall was 5 minutes. Excellent Restaurants everywhere. Disneyland Paris was 10 minutes via shuttle...Paris was 25 minutes on the RER Train that connected with the METRO. Dining Highlights were Alfred Burger (2 minutes away), Pizza Di Roma (3 minutes away) and Black Bean Chili (2 minutes away). Our favorite times were spent on the Balconies overlooking the courtyard, sipping wine or champagne and sampling french cheeses on baugettes. If you are driving the Chateau Vaux le Vicomte was better than Versailles and much less crowded, it was a 25 minute drive (thanks for the recommendation Jackie!). Check out was a breeze, Jackie returned and assisted us out of the underground parking. I don't think you will find a better spot than this one, the combination of space, location and hospitality (thank you for the wine on check in Andre), makes this apartment superior to other and one that we hope to visit again very soon.

Excelente apartamento para visitar Disney

Apartamento con muy buena ubicación. A escasos metros del tren que en 3 minutos te lleva a Disney. El apartamento es muy bonito y su estado muy bueno. Bien cuidado y muy limpio. El trato con los propietarios y en especial con Jackie ha sido perfecto, siempre atentos y puntuales. Totalmente recomendable. Nuestra estancia ha sido super agradable. Si volvemos a Disney sin duda será aquí.

Très bel appartement, bien placé

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement dans une résidence tranquille et sécurisée avec un grand parking. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel à deux pas du val d'Europe et de la station RER. Propriétaires très gentils et arrangeants.

excellent personal touch

We stayed here only two nights but were very impressed with the personal responsiveness and care we received. The owner arranged a driver to pick us up and also to return us to the airport (we paid driver directly each time). The apartment was very secure, with a security gate to enter the property, and two security doors to access the building. Although the unit was not completely updated, it had everything we needed for a family of four (with two teenagers, ages 13 and 15). The very short walk to the train station (which ran directly to Disneyland Paris) was a huge plus as well.

Wohnung war gut und empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einem top Zustand. 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen Bäcker ein kleinen Lebensmittelladen und sehr viele Restaurants. Ein Shoppingcenter ist auch sofort da. Disneyland ist zu Fuß in 35 Minuten zu erreichen.

Great location

Great location for exploring Disneyland and Paris. It is only a one minute walk to the Val d'Europe tube station and only one stop to Disneyland - about 2 minutes on the tube. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for a couple and our two young children. It is located close to the huge Val d'Europe shopping centre which has plenty of restaurants and a small sealife centre which was great for days off in between visiting Disney. We had a little trouble finding the place (maybe directions to the underground car park would be useful) but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

A melhor opção para ir à Disneyland Paris

Ficamos alojados neste apartamento 2 adultos e 2 crianças. O apartamento fica num condomínio fechado, com elevada segurança e numa localidade pequena mas muito bem servida de serviços. Para quem vai à Disneyland existe um autocarro gratuito muito próximo (2 min a pé) e a estação de comboios RER a 1 min de distância. Próximo existe um centro comercial que possui restaurantes, lojas e supermercado. O apartamento está muito bem equipado. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente. Adoramos ficar nesta propriedade e recomendamos.

ideal zum Disneyland gelegen & sympathischer Vermieter - perfect for a trip to Disneyland

Saubere Ferienwohnung, die alles hatte, was benötigit wurde (Induktions-Gas-Kombiherd, Mikrowelle mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Seife an den Waschbecken, Bettwäsche und Haartrockner). Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich. Auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort und alles war absolut unkompliziert. André spricht hervorragend Englisch, was uns sehr geholfen hat, da unser Französisch nicht sonderlich gut ist. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist für einen Besuch im Disneyland perfekt (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur RER-Station), aber auch Paris ist mit dem RER A leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto einfach sicher in der Parkgarage gelassen und die Bahn genommen. We had a nice stay in the appartement and the host is very friendly. Perfect for a trip to Disneyland (nearby RER A-Station).

Good value apartment in a great location

Perfect for Disney and without the Disney pricetag! The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Very convenient for the local area and one stop from Disney on the RER. The facilities in Val d'Europe were great too, huge shopping centre, designer outlet village and some excellent value restaurants within a few minutes walk. Le George and Canas y Tapas highly recommended.

Great property and great location

We booked the appartment for our family trip to Disneyland Paris. The park can be accessed by walking in around 20 minutes. Train station which is a few minutes walk gets you there in under 5 minutes plus a free bus also a few minutes from the appartment. Just round the corner from the appartment there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops. All extremely friendly and great if you have young children. The appartment is clean, modern and in a great location. Booking was easy and we were met on arrival, shown the parking and access to the appartment. All round great service. We will definitely book again when we return to Disneyland.

Perfect

A perfect house if you like to go with your Family to EuroDisney. We stayed for 5 days and the house is perfect, you will have all things that you need. No problems with Andre and Jackie , they are very good homeowners, the communication before arrive was perfect and fluent and if you have any problem they will be available to resolve it.

Appartement propre, bien agencé, à deux pas des commerces et proche d'Eurodisney

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, propre, lits faits à l'arrivée et serviettes de bain prévues. Il se situe à deux pas des commerces, idéal pour le shopping, de l'aquarium et à 5 minutes d'Eurodisney. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Cet appartement est aussi le siège social de ma société, (IPC - Industrial Process Consulting), et comme je suis très souvent en voyage, il est donc possible et intéressant pour moi de le louer avec Abritel.
J'ai choisi ce lieu parce qu'il est proche de l'aéroport de Roissy, mais aussi très proche de Disneyland et du grand centre commercial de Val d'Europe.

This apartment is also the Head office of my Company, (IPC - Industrial Process Consulting), and since I am travelling very often around the world, it's possible and convenient for me to rent it with Abritel.
I choose this location because it's close to Roissy airport but also very close to DisneyLand and the big shopping center of Val d'Europe.

Transports :
Si vous ne possédez pas de véhicule, pas d'obligation d'en louer un : la gare RER A du Val d'Europe, vous reliant à Eurodisney et à Paris, se trouve à 2 minutes de marche depuis l'appartement, (Voir la carte).
Avec le RER, vous pourrez rejoindre en 35 minutes le centre de Paris et 1h30 l’aéroport de Roissy CDG, ou, en 3 minutes, la station RER du Parc d’Eurodisney qui assure la correspondance avec la gare TGV Disney / Marne-La-Vallée / Chessy. Cette gare est à 12 minutes en TGV de l’aéroport Charles de gaulle et donne également accès au réseau ferroviaire relié à d’autres gares de France, ainsi qu’aux villes médiévales du département de la Seine-et-Marne telles que LAGNY, MEAUX, MELUN, et PROVINS.
Si vous avez un véhicule, il faudra compter 30 minutes de route pour rejoindre l'appartement depuis l'aéroport Roissy-Charles de Gaulle et, depuis l’appartement, 4 minutes pour aller à Eurodisney, situé à 2km ou 35 minutes pour rejoindre Paris, (en moyenne, hors période de fort trafic sur l’autoroute A4).

With the RER, you can reach in 35 minutes the center of Paris and 1 h 30 the airport Roissy CDG, or in 3 minutes, the station RER of Park of Disneyland which ensures correspondence with the TGV Disney / Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy. This station is 12 minutes by train from Charles de Gaulle Airport and also provides access to the rail network connected to other stations of France, as well as the medieval towns in the Department of Seine-et-Marne LAGNY, MEAUX, MELUN, and PROVINS.
